The store or winery you buy from should be able to provide you with a box with dividers.  take some bubble wrap with small bubbles with you.  WRap,each bottle individually in bubble wrap and place in the carton.  PUt it on the floor in the backseat.

I would suggest that you can use the bubble wrap around each bottle and then wrap with your tee shirt around it to protect the bottles. When we came home yesterday, nothing broke and i came home with 12 bottles of French Champagne, which I love.
