TSV pricing expires?

TSV prices used to remain valid until 259 am on the East coast but they clearly no longer do since it is 1AM and the popcorn is $6 more. I am so confused anymore about what the actual TSV is on most days and why some last more than one day after airing and others don't. Does anyone know when the deadline changed for the time cut-off and if there is a clear way to find out the details of whichTSVs have prices that are good for more than today or tomorrow or yesterday?

The pricing changes day to day. There is no way to find out when prices will increase other than watching the individual presentations (and checking the bottom right hand-corner of the on-air presentation) or if there's a pricing countdown on the product description page.
