I have had Corky's ham and loved, loved, loved it. It was sometime ago and now when I get something from Corky's, it is usually the ribs, which are also very, very good.

I love the sides too, which I have had in other configurations of food orders. The Mac and Cheese is good, but rich with cheese. I just make sure I have the next day set up as a physical fitness workout day after having more than I should of the cheese.

The only side dish by St. Clair's that I like is their sweet potato casserole.  As much as I absolutely love that, I feel the opposite of all of their other sides.

I have a hard time even looking at gooey mac & cheese.  My family likes my 5 cheese mac & cheese in a firmer texture, similar to bread pudding texture.  I've never liked cornbread dressing; I prefer my sage sausage stuffing.

Corky's ham is magnificent, in my opinion.  I have never had their turkey.

I had both turkey and ham and enjoyed both and gave them a good review. Last year the turkey had a light sweet smoked flavor. I liked it but I read reviews of those who disliked it...so it depends on your taste. The ham was delicious too. Lean and not salty. Again, others had a different opinion. I ordered for Xmas and Thanksgiving this year. I don't know if I like  pineapple glaze but because last years glaze was minimal, and not overpowering; I am willing to take a chance. Never had St Clairs sides before and reviews were also 50/50. I'd say give it a try. I was sorry I didn't do auto delivery last year. I went for it today. If I don't like it, I can cancel for Spring. Good Luck. Happy Thanksgiving. Let me know if you pull the trigger on this one.

I bought a similar configuration of a Corky’s smoked turkey breast with St. Clair sides a few years ago for the base of my Friends-giving celebration. It was well received as a twist on traditional turkey. The smoked turkey was delicious. As it’s boneless, it was super easy to serve. Smoked turkey is different than a traditional roasted turkey. If that’s what you’re expecting, I can see being disappointed. I ordered the turkey and ham combo for Christmas.

I really enjoyed both. And yes, I found them to be delicious as well. You are right about the smoked turkey. The customer needs to realize this going in, or they may be disappointed. I found Corkys not to be too smoked or have that fake smoked flavor. I am a risk taker.  I usually have so many other food items I prepare; so if we were not satisfied, there's always lasagna, rice and beans, and all the traditional sides on our table! Happy Thanksgiving!
