Did anyone try ordering last night during Jill's show? I tried, and got the message (paraphrasing) that "The order site was down, and your order would be prossessed ASAP".

WELL, it wasn't. My color choice is sold out, no order has been placed, no notification by customer service.

Not happy, but waiting for an explanation before I vent.

Hope those of you who WERE able to order are happy with your purchase.

OK, I will be calling Customer Service today, but NOBODY besides me got the notice on my screen that my order would be processed and I'd be notified when that occurred?

Neither happened?

Since there is now a waitlist, I'll try again, after calling to be sure I WILL be offered the TSV price.

We'll see............

i just want to say I just contacted Beth concerning a question I had about these lights. I was hoping they would bring them back in the Bronze or the Gunmetal. Beth is AMAZING. She got back to me within 10 minutes and answered my question.

She is terrific and is there for all of us. Kudos to Beth and THANK YOU!
