The products Apple has had on the Q the last few times aren't new, and are not any great value. Does anyone else feel like they are using Q customers to get rid of dated products?

All of the Apple TSV's are horribly overpriced and usually last-years model. I feel bad for the people who purchase these.

Yes they are, and they are overpriced. Wish people would do a quick online search and understood what is being offered here before taking the plunge to purchase. It feels like a scam to me, and wish something could be done about it.

QVC is buying last generation products at a substantial discount, adding a few unnecessary and overpriced accessories, and selling at a handsome profit margin. Apple has inventory to unload, QVC wants to make a profit from its customers, who are not very tech savvy. It is a perfect fit.

HSN usually hawks current generation electronic devices at a very slight discount with lots of unnecessary accessories, and some of those accessories are even worse than the ones here. The impact on the customer is the same - paying too much for something that can be gotten elsewhere, usually at a lower cost.

I returned my IPad Mini that I ordered from HSN ... don't know what I was thinking. The $50 in Spendable Kash wasn't even worth the bother. No more next time from these shopping channels.

This just isn't a good deal. You can buy the same ipad mini with a wireless speaker for under $300. from Wal-Mart. For this price, you can get the latest and greatest (retina display) elsewhere.

On another note, is it me or have they had an iPad mini bundle quite often as a Today's Special in the last 2 months. I swear this is like the 3rd time this has been a Today's Special.

I came out of the shower, turned on my bdrm tv, and saw the iPad mini 16gb being shown. I didn't have my glasses on yet, so I couldn't see anything, but I heard a lady caller at that moment.

This call HAD to be a shill. She said that she looked all over for this item and it was $1,000, $1,100, and I cannot remember where it went after that.

So, after i finished with get dressed and all that I came onto one of my computers to look it up. The stuff I see is going for $299. What the heck? Do people really believe they get a deal on computers at QVC, and what was up with this lady saying that they were selling for well over a thousand everywhere else?

You'll have plenty of money, after you pay $299 at any one of many retailers including Apple, to buy the generic accessories that QVC is 'giving' you. Or even plenty of money to buy better quality accessories and you will STILL have a bunch of money left over.

This just gets in my craw. I get that it's other peoples' money and they have every right to spend it as irresponsibly as they wish. But some people actually believe these are good deals and might not have the tools to research properly, so this retailer is lying to them and getting away with it.

I agree with you. I couldn't believe it was a TSV AGAIN. This is a way to move old product. Unfortunately, there are plenty of people who will jump on this as they are not informed consumers.

I bought a brand new ipad 4 last year with wifi/cellular on black Friday with a discount from Apple and used their interest free credit. This Christmas I bought a refurbished ipad mini from Apple, I find I do not need the accessories they include with the TSV and it was about half what this tsv is.
