I ordered three. Two have arrived and have the chemical smell some of you are talking about. I've slept on one for two nights. Geez, I'm just not sure yet. Pillows are so personal.

They are almost hard to me. I'm not sure if my neck is a fan, but will give them a chance to win me over. I did put mine in a king size pillow case.

I own Tony Little's Micropedic and have slept on it for years. (They do flatten out, so I use the warranty for replacements as needed.) I like it more than My Pillow, which won't hold a shape for me. I have the My Pillow in both sizes, too.

That's my take on pillows...for now.

I also own 2 of Tony Little's pillows. I like sleeping with them. I have a piece of plastic inserted into my vertebra. I have constant neck aches so I have to be careful what I sleep with.

I just puff them up when they flatten.

Mine is out for delivery today! I hope I like it. I'll probably air it out tonight and wait till tomw to sleep on it.......I ordered her pillowcases. I hope they come today (shipped separately)...

When you put it in the dryer, I wonder what you set it on? Delicate?

How is everyone liking the pillow by now?

I really like the way it supports my head and neck. I sleep on my side, on just the corner of the pillow. The wide edge of the pillow rests against the top of my shoulder. I can feel the comfortable support as soon as my head hits the pillow. It is soft but firm.

I'm not noticing any cooling & would really like to. I haven't tried the warming side & am unlikely to want it even in the winter. Is anyone feeling the cooling/warming from the pillow?

It felt great at first, but I think it's too high for me. My neck was sore and I ended up changing back to my regular pillow halfway through the night.

Well...I gave them a good chance to win me over. Didn't happen. The firmness of the foam pushing on my neck was too much. Neck pain and a headache greeted me each morning. They are in the box to take a ride. I will bring back Tony's pillow and My Pillow tonight and let them duke it out with me.

Aired out for 3 days and it still smells. It is too much like a rock. I bought two and I didn't know my husband threw away the carton which was huge.i can't sleep on it. It hurts my neck and head. How can I return without the carton? Please help!

Take them with you to a store that does shipped, like fedex or staples. They sell boxes. Use that to ship back.
