I tried Mypillows and wound up sending them back. Didn't provide enough support for me. That's always my problem with pillows (not enough support). I guess I have a big head!

I picked up two and they arrived today. Yes, they have a slight odor but I've purchased pillows similar before and it goes away after about a week.
As for the pillows themselves, they are wonderful. Yes, a bit firm but that's how I like them. The product sheet that comes with them recommends using pillow cases, but I'm finding that queen cases are very snug. These will need king sized cases which is the only thing I don't care about because I sleep on a queen sized mattress. But other than that, I'm looking forward to a good night's sleep.

I'm glad you like them. I hope you love them after sleeping on them!
I am concerned about the pillow case issue - it says standard will fit but it sure doesn't sound like they will. I don't want to have to go shopping for extra large cases before using it!
Mine arrived in a town about 3 hours away a hour ago. Not that I'm checking or anything! lol... I think it will be delivered tomorrow unless they pass it on to the post office. UPS is usually good about skipping the PO and just delivering it.

That's good to hear, because I like a firm pillow also. Mine weren't shipped out till yesterday, so I probably wont get them till Mon/Tues. I wasn't sure my pillowcases would fit, so I ordered Joy's just in case..........Hope they come on the same day!

I've never washed a pillow. ?? I usually put those zip-up B-bug protectors, then a pillow case on top of that. The pillow cases get washed routinely, but never the actual pillow. Maybe I'm alone in that.

I can't recall the last time I actually washed a pillow & for that reason I can't really call not being washable a dealbreaker. If they are washable but I don't wash them it adds up to the same thing.
I also use the pillow protectors & pillow cases. I change pillow cases every other day.
