@CArocksMe wrote:Hi, I was so thrilled to try your product for the 1st time especially when the host Jacque said... if I order on my Q card (stated@least 2 times ) we would get a $10 gift card.
Sadly, when I ordered I was told I had to spend $100 to qualify for this. I spoke with 2 reps & 1 manager that simply stated..Sorry you don't get it. I have it recorded & the CSR asked me to play it for her so she could hear & Admitted there was conflicting info, that there was Nothing she could do & to call Corporate :-(.

Hi, Im new to IT cosmetics. My good friend told me about the products and how to get them on QVC. I use the CC cream in Light and it covers my face perfectly. I also use the illumination version. Ive received comments on my complexion already, which feels awesome! I have hyperpigmentation and also Disseminated Superficial Actinic Porokerotosis. Each generation of females in our family, have DSAP worse. I stay out of the sun and prefer long sleeves to help protect my skin. I also apply alot of suncreen but it comes off on my clothes and starts to feel sticky. Since your products have suncreen in them, I would like to know if there is anything I could put on my arms and hands to cover theses areas? When Im with others, they seem to notice these areas on my arms first, and ask about them. Kind of embarassing. Please let me know. Thank you for everything youre doing! ![]()

Hi there, thank you so much for reaching out to us! We are so happy to hear that you are using our CC+ Cream already and that you have received compliments on your skin! That is truly why we create the products we do. We think you would enjoy using our Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer. This product is a super concentrated full coverage concealer that is used for the under eyes and anywhere on the face or body to cover anything and everything! You can use this concealer to cover the areas of your arms to blend into your natural complexion. We recommend ordering the shade to match your body closest to give you a natural look. For this application, be sure to set the concealer with a powder such as our Bye Bye Pores to set the concealer and prevent IT from transferring to last all day. We hope these suggestions are helpful! We are always here for you! XOXO IT Customer Care

@NamaShirl wrote:Like another person has already stated, I do not use the the CC illumination creme one. I sure wish you would offer this with just the regular CC makeups in the large size. I would order it in a heart beat on auto ship. Truly love the regular CC medium. Please consider offering this kit with either the illumination creme or the regular creme.PLEASE and THANK YOU!!!
I agree with this. I'm not going to buy the Illumination, and the small size of the regular is just too pricey for 1 oz. I will wait until the large size of the regular is in a TSV to consider buying. I would have tried this kit if it included the regular CC. Thanks

What is the difference between under eye items a257360 & a251431? And foundations in the todays special value and other foundation a278194 & a286346? I did a live chat with QVC customer service but all they sid was reply with a cut & paste of the descriptions. I read those but still don't know what the differences really are. Also, can you put the waterproof tight line into value packs? Thanks, judy judy_reese@hotmail.com

I LOVE Tightline Full Lash Length Black Mascara Primer! I use the waterproof formula too.
Can you tell me if either of the Tightline formulas have any beneficial ingredients for your eyelashes in them?
Thank You,
Nicole

Hey Nicole, thanks so much for your question! If you are looking for a primer to nourish and condition your lashes that can also be your natural mascara too, then Tightline is your solution! This product is best if you have sparse or missing lashes, as the Tightline brush lays down black pigment along your entire lash line, filling in sparse spots, giving you a full beautiful lash line. This creates instant definition without taking up extra eye lid space. The skinny wand also allows the conditioning serum to infuse a blend of lash-enhancing ingredients! You will love IT!
