@Nomorebirthdays,

There is an older model, now sold out, and it has the same technology as the current TSV. The name of the older model is ILLUMINAGE BEAUTY TOUCH. Look at item A255844 to see the reviews.

I'm sure, if you'd told the Q that you would be eating your breakfast at that time and watching their channel, they'd have scheduled something you'd find more appealing

On the other hand, you could just eat your breakfast (and any other meals) at the table, with the TV turned off.  That way there's no chance of your senses being offended.  Just a thought!

@Venezia

On a previous post I stated I did change channels, I was not offended at all, it just was not very appetizing.

Way before home hair removal devices were available, I had professional laser hair removal done and it was not cheap...it cost hundreds, more like thousands by the time I got it all done. So I think this device is a steal compared to what I spent years ago.  I know professional hair removal prices have come down since then but it is still very expensive. I am not or ever was a hairy person but I just wanted my body hair gone and now that it is, I call it FREEDOM!Woman Very Happy

btw...for those interested in this device, there is another brand sold on another network called Me Chic. SOLD OUT  It works just like the Illuminage but cost $199 (when on sale 149) I have owned it for a couple of years and I use it for any stray hairs that have popped up since my last professional hair removal treatments. Stray hairs popping up just happens over time and to get them professionally removed can cost me $200 or more per session.

I have been undergoing lower leg laser hair removal for YEARS.  I started about 12 years ago and still go.  I now have about 90% of my lower leg hair gone.  I go every 8 to 10 weeks, and it's about a 7 minute process.  It is "maintenance".  I LOVE not having to shave my lower legs.

My hair is SUPER hard to remove as I"m fair skinned and have blonde hairs.  It's super hard for the laser to pick up the hair, but being diligent, it's worked.  I probably have had 70 treatments if not more!

I imagine I"ve spent almost 5,000 on it.

Nothng is permanent.   Except tattoos!

Face lift, not permanent

Feet scraping, not permanent.

Hair removal, no guarantee to be permanent.

Just learn to live with what you have.

Now that's freedom.

tattoos are NOT permanent.  I got permanent brows and eyeliner and the brows completley faded and the liner is 90% faded.

This is expensive but may be worth it if it works. You invest your money and a lot of time to get rid of hair. It's a commitment and maybe sell it after you get results to get some money back.

I watched the extended presentation with Jill as the host and when they panned to the model her face was all red. No thanks.

I guess it depends on whether you like to shave or not or what else you are using to remove hair and the cost of it.

I shave.  I buy disposable razors that don't cost a ton of money.  I don't use a brand new razor everytime I shave.  If I wanted to be hair free on my legs, I'd have to shave every single day.

I'm sure over time I have spent a fortune on even the cheap disposable razors I have bought.  I don't count the time because it doesn't take long at all for me to shave.

Aren't there some hair colors that cannot do electrolysis?  I don't know what a relative of mine did but she had hair professionally removed and she said it was expensive, painful and it came back.

I watched about 2 minutes with Shawn last night and she said it came with an epilator because you do have to remove your hair before you use this tool.  I wonder how painful that epilator is.

Of course Shawn has been all about epilating but now last night said she was buying the TSV.  It will be interesting to hear her epilation presentations now.  LOL
