I GOT THE HP LAPTOP WITH CD AND HAD TO RETURN BECAUSE WHEN I

CALLED THE "FREE TECH SUPPORT" WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY EXTRA.

TOOK TO MY COMPUTER REPAIR GUY AND HE SAID IT HAD LOTS OF

PROBLEMS.   ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM?

Are you talking about today's SV?  When was it available in the past?

No, the one in July  that had the CD player.  I was so disappointed.

Could not get a number to follow up with the response with HP.  Everyone

gave the same phone number, but no one corrected the issue.  Would love

to talk to the rep that is on now with this TSV.  I called the Q and they could

only give me the same number.
