These writers are so lazy. They know how marginal (at best) they are so anytime there's even a remote opportunity they mine the archives and put together a reel of out takes. Kudos to Lauren for her longevity. Even if she is barely a presence these days and hasn't been much of one for years her early days on the show were impressive.

Amanda and her hooker sister are gone. Michael is working for the UnderBoss. Am I missing someone? Unless they bring back Nik's old girlfriend who I think was Phyllis' sister, I want to say her name was Avery, but I could be wrong. It's been a while.

I say someone blinks and there is a quick buyout. Like Tucker buying out HW and gifting it to Devon as a Me So Sorry gift. And if we're putting Tucker and Phyllis together, that's a felony waiting to happen.

And I thought we were done with the stupid podcast and the even stupider web game? Newsflash CBS. I know you want a younger audience. It ain't happening. I still don't get where a painter becomes a web programmer. That's quite a switch.

I'm still laughing at Vickie who is having heart palpitations at pizza and movie nights. And Billy, nice smoke blowing, but we all know the nannies raise the kids. Victoria was busy one upping her Daddy, JT, and Ashland over their formative years.

Having only watched Y&R for four years, I love these tribute shows with flashbacks. I learn so much. Fascinating to see Sheila, who is now on B&B, tormenting her own elderly mother and Lauren. She almost killed them. The show must have been quite exciting in its heyday.

@Laura14 ..... You are right about Phyllis' sister being Avery. Remember Nick got left at the alter. I like that possibility though, yes I do.

So what about Christine? She could use a juicy case like this one.

I do not like Tucker hanging around at all but I guess he really is like a bad penny.

Was that Linda Dano as Lauren's mother? I was so lost since all of this is before my time with the show but I had to laugh at the feathered and frosted hair teased to within an inch of its life. The 80s! Had no idea Paul and Lauren were ever married. Interesting catch up. I honestly think TB looks her best now.

That was Susan Seaforth Hayes/Julie from DOOL playing Lauren's mom.
