🍀🍀 Y&R March 2019 SPOILERS! 🍀🍀

Summary for Friday, March 1st from soaps.com:

In the courtroom, Sharon, Nikki, and Victoria whisper about Brittany and Michael’s chances against Christine. Brittany pulls Sharon aside to warn her not to act chummy with the Newmans – their strategy relies on it. She advises her to let Victoria and Nikki take the hit or they’ll all go down together. Meanwhile, Michael tells the Newman women they haven’t given him much to work with, but he’ll fight for them every step of the way. After, Nikki wants Victoria to stick to her story that Nikki fought JT in the park.

Outside, Billy complains to Jack about Phyllis throwing the others to the wolves, and warns they need to get her out as CEO. Abby appears, followed by Summer. Abby updates them that a donor is Lola’s only hope and worries that Kyle can’t lose anyone else in his life. In the courtroom, Billy approaches Christine and tells her Lily Ashby’s not the same woman in prison and questions what it accomplishes. Chris counters if you take someone’s life you can’t go on as usual; she’s speaking for the victims. Tessa arrives and sits at the back. Nick doesn’t trust her. Meanwhile, Kerry arrives to join Jack, Nick takes a tense call from Victor, and Billy checks on Nikki and Victoria. Nikki’s worried there will be more bombshells.

Outside, Summer tells Abby she’s going somewhere. Abby assumes she has a mani-pedi. Summer doesn’t correct her. Nearby, Jack and Billy whisper about Kerry’s allegiance to Phyllis. Jack says it will be up to Kerry if she gets on board – she’s very important to him. Billy asks, “As important as Jabot?” Court proceedings continue and Christine calls Mariah to the stand. Mariah testifies about the girls’ night – Sharon organized it to support Victoria, and after she passed out, she went upstairs where Sharon told her they were purging the closet. Christine wants to know what was going on in the bedroom that was so important Sharon stayed. She’s overruled. Chris next introduces the video of the women putting the rug containing JT’s body in the trunk. She grills Mariah to no avail, but Michael tells Mariah she isn’t done. He cross-examines and asks for the real story about how Mariah came to see the video.

At the Club, Ana impresses Devon with her budget as they talk about marketing. She checks in on his anxiety. He concedes visiting Lola brought back difficult memories, but he knows now he can feel things without having to shove them away or numb them. They spot Kyle and invite him over. He informs them time is running out for Lola. Devon offers to help, and Kyle says the only thing Lola needs is a liver donor. Devon and Ana head to the hospital to be tested.

At the hospital, Nate checks with Devon before he and Ana go to be tested. Kyle tells Nate he’s not a match – he made Lola a playlist – that’s how useful he is to Lola right now. Nate urges him to play it. After Devon and Ana are tested, she teases him about dating, then apologizes. Devon reassures her, but he doesn’t see how anybody could follow Hilary. He asks about Ana. She tried the couple thing once and needs time. Talk turns to her new lyrics and making money – she still has debt from her past. They walk off and Kyle emerges from Lola’s room. Summer appears – she wants to take a blood test to see if she’s the one who can save Lola. Kyle doesn’t show the appreciation she’d hoped for, so they bicker. Summer hates seeing him like this and just wants to help. Kyle decides it’s great she’s willing to get tested. Summer goes off and Nate confirms to Kyle that the more people getting tested the better. Soon, Devon and Ana report they’re not a match, but will work to get the word out. Summer and Nate reappear. As Kyle paces, Summer asks Nate if she’s a match, how dangerous is the surgery?

I would love J.T. to bust through the court room doors and knock everybody

off their seats. Christine gets knocked unconscious, be in room next to

Lola.  Neither speak again for months, better yet years.

Kinda like when Phyllis broke through doors at one of Nick and Sharons 50 weddings.

Knock everybody's socks off.

They really and I mean really need to explain this liver ailment... It's just beyond ridiculous that the little twit went into the hospital after being whacked on the head and now, all of a sudden, needs a liver transplant... If Summer donates part of her liver to save the little witch, she goes back on my qwap list...

I tell ya... Mia is making the show for me right now... That woman is one gifted liar... My gosh, she's superhuman... And poor Rey, yet another butt stupid man to add to the ever-expanding list of whipped men on this show...

I also like Mia, she makes a great villian. And Rey, he is so dumb he doesn't even know he's alive. Yes, I am quoating Great Gatsby but its true. He could see an ultra sound right now of the baby then again he isn't that bright as a detective either..

As for todays episode, it was a snooze fest. I kept hoping it would get better but never happened. Maybe Mondays show will have some bite to it. With the way things are going Im not putting a lot of faith into it.

Summary for Monday, March 4th from soaps.com:

In the courtroom, Mariah insists the video was sent to her anonymously. Michael questions her not telling any of the women they were being spied upon and wonders why the video was on Dark Horse’s server. Mariah blurts no one from Dark Horse sent it to her. Michael asks how she’d know that unless she knows who sent it? Sharon hisses at Brittany to stop this. Brittany takes over from Michael and ties the women moving the rug to Sharon’s claim they were purging Victoria’s closet – it makes sense. Christine tells the judge Phyllis is parking, so they take a recess. Nikki and Victoria whisper about Phyllis, while Nick asks Michael why he pressured Mariah. Michael was laying the groundwork in case they have to expose the blackmail. Across the room, Brittany tells Sharon that Michael will sacrifice Mariah and Tessa if it helps his case. Meanwhile, Mariah worries to Tessa if the truth about the video comes out they’re both going down. Nearby, Bill complains to Jack and Kerry – Victoria doesn’t deserve this; he blames Phyllis. Nick steps out as Phyllis arrives; she promises to do everything she can to put an end to this.

Inside the courtroom, Abby and Jack discuss Lola’s condition before agreeing that the video of the women carrying the rug out of the house was horrible. It breaks her heart to think of what her sister went through. Outside the door, Summer finds Phyllis gathering herself and hoping she can make the jury understand how terrifying that night was for them. Nick reappears and bickers with Summer about whether Phyllis is doing this for the right reasons – she’s saving herself. Phyllis asks him to give her a chance.

On the stand, Phyllis describes JT’s abuse and confirms Nikki was heartbroken and angry to hear about it as any mother would be. Christine has her go over how they heard JT in the house and how they saw him pinning Victoria against the wall and pounding his fist beside her head. Christine counters that Victoria once hit JT and Phyllis says, “I can’t recall.” Phyllis and Christine argue as the D.A. reminds Phyllis she’s under oath. The judge calls for order. Phyllis testifies that she and Sharon froze in the room while Nikki acted instinctively by picking up the fireplace poker. Chris forces her demonstrate what happened for the court. Phyllis struggles as she’s forced to admit JT was facing away from Nikki, but points out he was terrorizing Victoria. She then tells the judge she knows the law – JT was a threatening intruder. Christine argues he lived there and may have avoided the front door simply because he saw Nikki’s car in the driveway. Phyllis hollers that she’s twisting everything. Chris tells the jury Nikki did not ask JT to stop before hitting him. She establishes they buried him in the park and yells that it’s not self-defence, it’s murder. The judge warns her as Michael objects. Christine’s done with the witness.

Michael cross-examines Phyllis and points out there’s no proof JT’s dead before questioning her crazy tale and why she can’t explain JT’s body not being found in Chancellor Park. He makes her admit she despises Victor Newman and suggests she might like Victoria to go to jail to keep her from reuniting with Billy. He paints her deal as a desperate attempt to save her own skin. Brittany takes over and runs down Phyllis’ past with Sharon, and notes if Sharon went to jail she’d eliminate not one, but two, rivals. Phyllis is allowed to go and Summer follows her out. Nikki, Victoria, and Sharon confer – the lawyers did a number on her, which she deserved, but it might be bad for them. Nikki’s not surprised Nick broke up with Phyllis, and says she was never an ally. Outside the courtroom, Phyllis protests that she didn’t know Christine would spin things that way. Jack believes she didn’t see it coming, but agrees with Billy after, that they have to get ahead of this – they can’t let her bring the company down with her. Kerry thinks it’s too soon to be talking about Phyllis stepping down. Jack warns her not to trust Phyllis. Nearby, Billy and Nick wonder if Phyllis’ jealous streak caused her to turn on the women. Nick thinks she wanted out of a jam and is regretting it now. Inside, Michael complains to the women that they didn’t tell him the background on the video – why do they make this so much harder by keeping secrets. He hisses that they’ll be the ones to pay the price!

At Crimson Lights, Phyllis asks Summer if she was right to do what she did. She complains Christine twisted her words – if the other women are found guilty they’ll blame her. Summer will stand by her no matter what. Summer takes a call from Nate who reports she’s a potential donor match for Lola – he needs to do further tests to find out if she’s a definitive match. Summer disconnects and exhales.

[ Edited ]

Summary for Tuesday, March 5th from soaps.com:

At Crimson Lights, Tessa steps away so Mariah can talk to Nick. She asks if they’re okay. Nick thanks her for trying to help on the stand yesterday but won’t say where that leaves them. After, Tessa rejoins Mariah and complains that Nick hates her. Mariah’s just glad the truth about the video didn’t come out. Tessa’s still concerned about Victor and feels guilty about the blackmail. Mariah suggests they focus on fantasy vacation options. Tessa thanks her for distracting her from the possibility she could go to jail.

In the interview room, Nikki explains to Michael why she confessed to killing JT, and asks him to put her on the stand. Michael laughs – Christine would discredit her in half a second. Victoria says she was the victim that night – she should take the stand. She can help the jury understand what it was like; how scared they were. Michael slams his fist down in frustration – if he puts Victoria on the stand Christine will send him a gift basket in thanks. He has another option – a plea deal – he’ll negotiate a minimum jail sentence for Nikki and make a strong case for Victoria’s release. Victoria and Nikki debate. Michael gets their approval and exits. In another room, Sharon tells Brittany about her connection with Rey. There was an attraction, but he reunited with his wife. Brittany pushes – is there more? Sharon admits Rey came to her on Valentine’s Day and declared his love. Brittany questions him ‘finding’ her phone bill and implies Rey tricked her, but Sharon insists he wouldn’t do that to her.

Brittany meets with Michael in the courtroom, and she’s surprised when he suggests she persuade Sharon to plead guilty – she thinks she’ll be acquitted. Christine arrives, and after Brittany goes, she and Michael discuss striking plea bargains for Victoria and Nikki. She admits she’d do the same thing in his shoes, but won’t consider his offer. Brittany reappears as Chris trots off and says, “Don’t need to ask how that went.”

Still at the coffee house, Mariah and Tessa decide they should go to San Francisco…the minute the trial’s over. Tessa gets a call and asks, “Now?”

At Jabot, Summer and Phyllis discuss what might happen with the court case. Summer points out if the women are acquitted it will be thanks to her. Phyllis moans about how Nick looked at her. Summer urges her not to give up. Kyle arrives with a business question and remarks on the drama of her testimony before she leaves. Summer wants to talk to Kyle about Lola, but he wants to go. She blurts, “I’m a match.” He warns this better not be a joke. Summer insists it’s true. Kyle is overjoyed and hugs her. Summer tells him to hold up – this is a serious surgery. Kyle’s worried she won’t do it and offers to talk it over with her. He agrees to go to the Club. Summer follows him with a satisfied smile.

Phyllis arrives at Nick’s place. He assumes she came for her things, but she wants to talk…about them. Phyllis thinks they can put this behind them now that she’s testified. Nick believes she made things worse. Phyllis blames Christine, but Nick thinks she’s delusional. Phyllis argues she tried to help the others, but Nick feels if she wanted to help them, she should have stood by them. He calls her soulless and advises her to let him know where to send her things. Phyllis thought he felt what they had was worth fighting for. Nick says he was a fool and concludes, “You know the way out.”

At the Club, Summer confronts Kyle about how horrible he’s been to her lately. Kyle apologizes for everything – he still believes she’s a good person. They talk about Summer’s reluctance to commit to the surgery. Summer admits it seems like a no-brainer – Lola gets a liver and she gets to be the center of attention. Kyle will do anything to get her to be the donor – he’ll do anything to save Lola’s life – he’ll break up with Lola if that’s what Summer wants and will even marry her if that’s what it takes.

Brittany rejoins Sharon in the interview room. Sharon’s aghast that Michael wanted Victoria and Nikki to plead guilty. Brittany tells Sharon that Rey was using her from the time they first met – it spells acquittal. In the other interview room, Nikki and Victoria are stunned Christine wouldn’t consider a plea deal. Nikki asks what Michael’s next move is. He says, “I’ve already made it.”

At the courthouse, Tessa tells Mariah that Michael obviously has a plan and it involves her testifying about what she did.
