Saw this today with a few lady friends. FIVE STARS! This has to be one of if not the best movies I've seen since I don't even know when. And when it was suggested we go see that one I hadn't even heard of it. So glad I went.

I totally agree and thought it was fabulous and worthy of Best Picture.

I loved that movie also.  The audience in the theater applauded it.  Just makes you feel good!

I saw Green Book today. I really liked it. One of the best I’ve seen recently!

I saw it when it first came out and my audience also applauded it. I would compare it to “Hidden Figures”. Not for the subject matter, but because it’s just a good, old-fashioned audience pleaser of a movie. Straightforward story without a lot of “artistic” flourishes. Unfortunately, that also means it’s the type of movie that doesn’t win the top awards. But, it should win a few (fingers crossed for Mahershala Ali to win another Oscar!)

Thank you so much for the recommendation.  I don't keep up with current movies, because so many of them are just not my taste.  I like a good story!

I think everyone should see this movie IMHO.  It's a story based on historical reality.
