My guess is the series will end this way:

There will be a future storyline.

Shaun will have a higher position in the hospital.

Leah. Who cares.

Morgan and Park will marry and have another child.

Glassman will retire.

Drs. Jared and Jordan will have a steady relationship.

Dr. Lim will move onto another hospital or be appointed to a position in D C.

Asher and Jerome will marry and perhaps adopt. 

"Charlie" will make it though being a med student but her position will not be a replacement for Shaun. I think having her replace Shaun as an attending in surgery is not very creative.

Dom will find his place but not in surgery.

I, for one, will miss this show. I like the characters especially Dr. Glassman..There is so much junk on TV it is sad when a good show ends.

I hate to see the show end. Really like Dr Shaun Murphy. I hope for a good outcome for Claire and Dr Glassman

What a good finale. I loved it! I don't want to put too much in here in case there are viewers that haven't seen it yet... I am so sad this show is ending! I hope to see the actors in other things in the future...
