Re: Reelz Docu on Joan Rivers

[ Edited ]

I once saw Joan do a skit. It was absolutely brilliant. In it she talked about in the beginning of your life , everything was about acquisitions, a husband, a baby, a house etc. In the end of your life ,it was about learning to give them up. your spouse dies, your child moves out, your home is too big

This was around the time her husband died, and it was filled with pain and longing. She would have been a fabulous dramatic actress

I gotta catch this. Thanks for posting the play times.  She was hilariously REAL. As much as she loved style, she was unpretentious. I loved her, and miss her. The red carpet stunk after she stopped MC- ing it!  And Fashion Police, I never missed it! And that was never as good after she passed, either...  Joan, you are remembered with love. 💝💝💝

I saw the Patrick Swayze biopic and it was fascinating-

@Shelbelle :  Thanks for your post on Joan’s documentary.  I looked it up and set to record but would have missed it had you not shared the info.

I’ve always been a fan and already know I will love it.

I miss her.
