Orion is a reall piece of work.  On top of everything else, whining to Cal that she took off her ring when come to find out he had already done that.  Hopefully she runs fast.  Even his body language.  

In his conversation with Cal he seemed like a little tattletale boy who seemed to preen and feed off of Cal poo-poo'g Lauren's behavior.  Rather than Cal trying to talk O down he seemed to fan the flame and push O more to shut her down.  Had it been reversed we know that Cal would have been telling L to move past it.  

At what point is it going to pointed out that Orion is the one who brought it up, she didn't know what the term meant.  Cal needs to give Lauren an apology when he sees the actual footage...if he even bothers to watch.  The "experts" are just worthless IMO.

@Wsmom I agree with you.  I don't feel like Lauren was making a bad joke.  It looked like an akward guess to me.  She never used the word and didn't know what it meant. He is the one that had used a word in the past that could have hurt her but she gave him grace.  He has a BIG chip on his shoulder about so much that it will be hard to find a mate after women can see what he is really like.  Shocking how Pastor Cal reacted!

@Wsmom @lizzys   From what I viewed, Orion totally lied to Dr. Cal. Lauren did not make nasty comments about his heritage. Not even close. When he told her what it meant, she looked at his face (which was sunburned) and said Oh, I see what you mean and giggled. He's awful. Run, Lauren, run  !!

I've watched clips here and there of this show and here are my thoughts. 

-Brennan's wife is a drunk and Brennan is too cute to have to settle for finding a wife on this show.  He should've stuck it out on the apps longer to find a girl that he was super excited about in terms of looks, personality, values etc. 

-Orion is an effeminate diva who is just edging for a fight.  He's like a mean junkyard dog chained to a fence.  His wife is pretty opinionated and serious too so neither of them can balance eachother out.  Also, their chemistry is off and I'm not sensing  mutual attraction.

-The girl with chronic pain might actually be too much for her guy in the long run and if he calls it off, he'll probably do his absolute best to say any other reason than her medical condition.  If it doesn't work out, she's a sweet girl and will find a good guy on dating apps. 

Lastly, I'm single and 35 and a great catch and as frustrating as dating apps can be sometimes, they also can be a lot of fun and very rewarding.  I am so glad that I am confident in being unmarried and that I would never try out for this show. The singles selected for this show are so desperate.  I'll find a handsome and great husband someday who I get to choose!

I have to step in to agree here.  Orion needs to grow a backbone and perhaps a couple other things.

I call it like I see it .  And yes indeed, Orion needs to grow a backbone and some other things .  Orion is so confrontational and fixated on his race and and he reminds me of a guy I went on a few dates with in college- he was black and I'm white.  He was obsessed with the 1977 miniseries about slavery called "Roots" (this was in 2009) and then he'd yell about slavery, "evil whites" and opression while we were on dates- I called things off and said, "If you hate white people so much, don't date white women." Anyways, Orion nees to lighten up and frankly, something tells me that he may be much more into men than he's willing to admit- the "bi" or "fluid sexuality" or whatever he calls it seems like a cover for him.

Agreed!  Orion started in again on the so-called insult she gave him and that he can't get past it.  Oh, please --- grow up!  What world does he live in where he never hears any kind of negative comment or things that aren't applauding him or telling him how wonderful he is every second?  The woman has apologized over and over and over again.  He just does NOT want to be with her --- plan and simple -- and he doesn't have the guts to come out and say it!

Yes - agreed that his wife is a party girl and loves to drink.  We knew at the very start that this would be a problem.  Hello?  Experts ----???  What are you seeing??? 

As for Orion -- agreed. His wife is strong and opinionated but she has apologized over and over and over and she really had nothing to apologize for!  He does not want to be with her and that is the whole issue - period --- over and out.  He doesn't have the --- you know whats --- to just say --- I don't find you attractive and I don't like you and I don't want to be with you --- end of story!

Yes -- you will find a handsome and great guy some day and you will choose him and he, you!

-Brennan's wife definitely has a drinking problem; when she was holding hard liquor shots in both hands at the bachelorette party and swigging them down without even wincing, I knew she had a problem and was really sad for her.  She must have low self esteem if she feels she needs to get drunk at parties to stand out all of the time.  

- Orion is such a cruel, argumentative diva.  He used his wife's joke/misunderstanding about "red skins" as the scapegoat for the marriage failing- he's putting all of the blame on her and using it as an excuse to not be intimate with her or talk to her even though she's apologized profusely.  His wife is a pretty girl and very emotionally intelligent and she's constantly reduced to a weeping, pleading mess around him.  She doesn't need to apologize, and she needs to realize that she can and will do better and she doesn't need to save a marriage with a man who will always have a victim complex no matter what race he dates.  Even if he dated a Native American girl he'd probably police her speech and try to one up her wth stories of pain and prejudice.   

    I think that the experts are intentionally creating mismatches for more drama and entertainment.  Where did they find these "experts"- did they get their credentials from a cheap Learning Annex class ?! Pastor Cal always manipulates women on this show into standing by their man no matter what, even if the man is emotionally abusive or potentially violent- and Dr. Pepper kind of just phones it in most of the time- and the sex therapists are waaaay too horny and overeager to hear about the couples intimacy .
