Laura: Well, as expected, she is in (pun intended) a real "pickle" Lila. Killing Sidwell etal would not help the situation, although Sonny may suggest same. Ahh, Kevin (according to tomorrow's scenes) wants her to go to the PCPD and confess, BUTTTT, as Laura says "it would inplicate Sonny".
OK, here's how I would write it...sort of...Mayor Laura goes to the PCPD and states that she is being "targeted/blackmailed" with AI photos of she and Sonny when she stopped for flat tire. She tells the PCPD (ok, acting Commish Dante), that she wants to wear a wire for when either Ezra, acting on Sidwell's orders, comes to relate her "orders". In other words, turn the tables on both of them. Nathan knows about Laura's cars' flat tire; he also knows that Sonny was there to help and after Nathan left, Sonny "changed the tire". Laura needs to get the upper hand on Siddy and Ezra by "pretending" to go along with blackmail with the full grace of the PCPD. Just a rough outline for discussion my dears.
The PCU students: Does anyone...Joss, Trina, Gio, Emma...anyone attend classes these days at PCU? So, BTW, who is teaching Dalton's class now that he is MIA?
Speaking of classes: Aiden went off bonding with his father, Lucky, over the summer. Lovely. Now it's fall and school is well back in session. Aiden is in what...middle school? High school? Shouldn't he be back home with mom Elizabeth?
Sonny/Ric: Ya' know folks, I really, really hope that once and for all, these two can put the past behind them and be brothers...ok, 1/2 brothers. Just like Sonny and Mike came to love each other and forgive the past. A little happiness would be nice right about now. Just sayin'.
Jordan/Curtis: Another 'round please bartender! All Curtis had to say to the cops was "after I left The Savoy and reset that alarm, I went back to Aurora to finish up some work before I met up with Jordan". That accounts for the missing hour. Doesn't Aurora's offices have security cameras? Entrance/exit/after hour codes used?

I haven't had a chance to watch today's episode yet but scrolling on fb and somebody posted after today they are officially done. With the rest of the comments saying same. Everybody is so sick of this and ready for this storyline and Drew in general to end. The only person I hope it is not is Michael and if it is he gets away with it. Other than that, don't care.
No matter the result of the who shot Drew storyline we will still have him and Willow and the other wash, rinse, repeat storylines with characters they have made hardly bearable to watch.
At this point my preference would be for Nathan to arrest Curtis. Why Jordan was allowed in the interrogation room and answer questions for him and redirect and comment is beyond me. But PCPD...what do I expect.
I don't care if he did it or not...arrest him. He is a coc ky little **

The actor says that both he and Benard were delighted when, after a long drought of on-screen interaction, they received scripts heavy on Ric and Sonny scenes. āI was thrilled,ā Hearst begins. āWhenever we get an opportunity to work together, weāre both thrilled, honestly. I texted him when I saw that first script and I said, āBro, we get to work together! Iāll see you on Monday,ā or whatever day it was going to be. And he texted me back, very short and sweet. He just says, āI canāt wait.'ā
To hear Hearst tell it, the actors work together so well, their scenes work even when he struggles to remember his lines. āItās so funny, because if I look Iām searching [my brain for my dialogue] on camera, it still works! We just work through it. We had a moment where I said, āI went through thisā ā and I was supposed to say āthrough this life-altering experience,ā but there was a distinct pause, because I could not remember what i was supposed to say! So I searched for it, and he just stayed with me. We stay with each other during those times when something like that happens. He goes, āWhat?ā And I went, āA life-altering experience!ā It just came back to me and we went on with the scene from there. Itās stuff like that where we trust each other, and they donāt call āCut!ā and we just stay in the moment with one another, and nine times out of 10, youāre going to get something very interesting, very organic, that springboards you into something else in a scene. Thatās the beauty that I have working with him, that we very much trust each other, implicitly, and weāre on the ride together.ā
Needless to say, Hearst is both āthrilled and intriguedā by the efforts Ric is making to turn over a new, more peaceful leaf with Sonny. āIf thereās any opportunity for the development of this character to go into a new chapter, and have that chapter involve his history with Sonny, Iām all-in,ā he declares.
One idea Hearst thinks is rife with potential is for conflict to erupt between Jason and Ric over their respective pulls to Sonny. Recently, he says, he and Burton were watching an old scene where Ric lured Jason to a garage to goad him into physically attacking him so that Ric could have Jason tossed in jail. āThese characters were very much in each otherās orbits and there was such genuine animosity between them,ā the actor notes. āThey two of them vying for Sonnyāsā attention, or to a certain extent, his trust, I think would be beautiful!ā
The actor believes his character has always been somewhat envious of the closeness between Jason and Sonny. āUltimately, I think Ric always would have loved to have been involved with Sonnyās business and been the buffer and been the trooper so that he could just kind of push Jason out of there,ā he muses. āSo that there would be that genuine connection there between the two of us, between Sonny and Ric.ā
Hearst is confident that Ric sincerely wants to forge a lasting bond with his half brother. āThere was a line that I had where Sonny says, āI wish that I could trust you and that we would not have to be at odds with one another,ā and I say, āItās what Mom [the men were born to the late Adela Corinthos] would have wanted,'ā he recounts. āFrom a character standpoint, it was something that hit me so at my core⦠I think thatās always been an Achilles heel for for Ric. Sonny is the only living connection that he has with his mother, their mother, and I think thatās sort of the missing piece for him at this point. I think he feels like he could potentially get his life integrated, if nothing else, were he be able to at least be in the same room as Sonny and not look to, you know, seek his destruction!ā

@mysoutherncomfort Aiden is back. We haven't seen him, but Liz mentioned him the other day. Liz wasn't home when Willow moved out, so Willow told Aiden she was moving in with Drew.
