If Mrs. Wu sent a hit man to kill Drew he wasn't a very good hit man. I would think a hit man would not have left Drew alive. Curtis should ask for a refund!!

Good Grief! Curtis hires Celina Wu to take out Drew and her trained hit man doesn't actually kill Drew, really. Now I know that the writers make these storylines up as they go along. And Curtis should absolutely get his money back. What possible reason would Celina's hit man have for not killing Drew? Was Celina planning to blackmail Curtis for more money?

Remember when Jason came back to town? Whatever trained assassin was after him couldn't take him down and they were chasing him around the world.
And lets face it, even if Drew had died, he would just come back eventually anyway.šš

Totally agree @daisy4 but I am holding on for one cotton pea pickin' minute because I think it's a red herring...I'm still holding on that Willow, in a blackout moment, shot Drew. When/if I am proved wrong, y'all are free to throw those olive pits at me...with my blessing! LOL P.S.: Just one pit at a time please and no use of sling shots.

OK, so Wu Wu's back...hey la, hey la, Wu Wu's back: It isn't with Drew that Selina has a problem; it's Jenz Sidwell that made her go packing. I think it's time for Selina to team up with Sonny and try to eliminate that river rat from PC.
Laura/Kevin: Welcome back Dr. Collins! Hmmm, now that your wife confessed to you about finding Dalton's body in the trunk of her car; Sonny/Jason to the rescue...will you be sending them a thank you note? Box of chocolates? Free therapy sessions for one year? Just asking.
Gio/BLQ: Do like their give and take with each other. Dante/Gio will have to find their own way to each other's orbit. Waiting for Gio to call BLQ "mom" again and for that matter to call Ned "grandpa" again.
Gio/Emma: Oh good golly Ms. Molly...off to the "dog" races yet again. B and E into Dalton's "other" lab...a setup for the dynamic duo...could be.
Anna: Off the grid...being held by Brennan? Someone else? Really, Emma is left on her own to her own devices...what could possibly go wrong?
Stella: She just tickles me Elmo. She wanted to be included in the scenerio/knowledge of "what the heck, Jordan and Curtis...blah, blah..."

@mysoutherncomfort Stella's head is going to explode when she finds out about Portia and Dr Gannon

When Drew popped the question to Willow again last week, MacMullen says, āI think at that point, Willow was kind of hoping that would happen. Sheās out of prison, but sheās only out on bail. Her back is against the wall and she needs any hope that sheāll get through this. So I think she kind of wanted to latch on to Drew at that point.ā Him re-proposing, she asserts, āwas what she wanted, but itās not that she wanted it because she genuinely wants [to be married to him]; she wanted it because she needed it!ā
On the surface, the wedding is a success. Shooting it, the actress bubbles, āwas just so fun. I thought the set was beautiful with all the flowers and everything, and I thought it was very intimate ⦠but obviously, it was really complicated! Willow genuinely cares for Scout,ā Drewās daughter, āand meanwhile, sheās marrying Drew even though she doesnāt necessarily want to, but feels she needs to, and there were a lot of complicated feelings going on that were really fun to play with.ā
Over the last several months, Willow has gotten in some good practice at holding her nose and convincing Drew that he has managed to get back into her good graces ā but in the lead-up to the ceremony, Willow admitted to Nina that sheās not exactly marrying for the prospect of a romantic happily-ever-after. āI loved when Nina says, āWhy are you doing this? You donāt love him,ā and Willow says, āI donāt have to love him, I love my children,'ā MacMullen enthuses. āThatās when itās really revealed that this isnāt a wedding based on love; itās a tactic, itās a strategy. I think Drew and Willow are both getting what they want and need, but itās not out of real love.
I think this might be my fourth wedding as Willow,ā MacMullen continues, āand it was fun to have another wedding where sheās playing with this secret ā that she wasnāt doing it out of love for Drew, but she was doing it for love: the love of her children, and believing that this is going to bring her one step closer to being with them. Thatās what Willow is fighting for.ā
As determined as Willow is to regain access to Wiley and Amelia, the young ones she shares with her ex, Michael, Michael is just as determined to make sure that he not only retains full custody, but holds firm in his refusal to allow Willow visitation. And if Willow is to have any chance of seeing her kids again, she is first going to have to beat the charges of attempted murder stemming from her new husbandās shooting. āI think the optics are a plus, for sure,ā MacMullen muses of becoming the wife of her alleged victim. āShe is definitely thinking that it would potentially play better with a jury. But itās definitely her belief at this point in time that there is no way she is going to get her kids back, or even stand a chance in a visitation hearing or a custody hearing, if she doesnāt have someone with power by her side.ā
Points out MacMullen, āTo even attend the visitation hearing, step one, she needs her freedom. And so thereās an element of keeping Drew as an ally because she doesnāt want him not to be an ally when she goes on trial. And then, if she gets past the trial, she wants to be allied with him again because he is someone who could possibly help her get her kids back. I donāt think she believes in the system enough, with everything sheās gone through, to believe that [the question of custody will be decided] fairly. Sheās just kind of desperately clinging on to whatever or whoever she believes will help her get closer to her children.ā
Desperate though she may be, the actress thinks there is a part of Willow that did almost back out. āI think she definitely had reservations,ā she explains, ābecause I think she knows that when it comes to Drew, sheās kind of signing up for something really intense. You canāt marry someone like Drew without it becoming an all-in endeavor. I think she was having reservations before she walked down the aisle, but then it was like, āItās already happening. Thereās no backing out.ā And she canāt risk ruffling his feathers. She has too much on the line. Sheās like, āI could go to prison, so what do I have to lose at this point? Either I lose all of my freedom, forever, and I never see my kids again, or I go through with this and possibly regain my freedom.ā Sheās very much in a frame of mind where she feels like she has nothing left to lose.ā
Given the dire circumstances she finds herself in, MacMullen thinks that Willow isnāt thinking about whether her marriage to Drew is truly a forever commitment. āHeās powerful and he cares about her, at least from what sheās witnessed,ā the actress shrugs. āWhen she goes through with the wedding, I do think sheās probably thinking, āOkay, Iāll get my kids back and live with him for a little bit.ā She even says to Nina, āIf I get my kids back, Iāll do whatever I have to,ā meaning live with him, be with him, whatever it takes. But since this is not something that she genuinely wants, sheās probably thinking, āOkay, we can get divorced later on.ā But even if it is a lifelong endeavor, at this point, sheās like, āThat beats being in prison, never seeing my kids again, and losing all my freedom! If I have to live with this guy but I get my kids back, then thatās what I choose right now.'ā
While the stakes couldnāt be higher for Willow, there was still room for some joshing behind the scenes during the filming of the wedding, particularly given that a glowering Michael was quite literally on the outside looking in, watching the ceremony through the window. āWe definitely all had a little laugh at that,ā MacMullen chuckles. āRory killed it, of course, and there was a moment [when the cameras werenāt rolling] where were all like, āOh, look, itās Michael! Heās right there in the window over there. Michael, what are you doing?!'ā
Back in the fictional world of Willowās turmoil, though, thereās very little levity. Even with Lilaās engagement ring and Drewās wedding band on her finger, and Drew and all of his high-powered connections at the ready to help her, Willow still doesnāt feel like regaining either her freedom or custody of Wiley and Amelia is a slam dunk. Sighs MacMullen, āI think sheās terrified that she might get convicted. Thereās already been a case of a judge being paid offā ā that would be the late Judge Heran, the judge in Willow and Michaelās original, highly nasty custody battle ā āand she just doesnāt know what to expect. Her fate is in the hands of other people. It doesnāt matter if sheās innocent or not; sheās still afraid that the evidence could still point to her. People get put in jail all the time whether they did or didnāt do it! So of course sheās really freaked out over what could happen.ā

Well...just finished watching today's ep...and kinda tired so I don't have the bandwidth to even try to unravel this insanely drawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwn
out "who done it."
Like most fans out there, I can't count how many times I've heard a podcaster say...."I DON'T EVEN CARE ANYMORE WHO SHOT DREW" because, as they say, these writers, who we know darn well, just like with Dalton storyline and so many others....don't even know where they're going with anything until the 11th inning.
So let me leave that alone for now to just say a few things about other things, then go to bed for now...I'm sure I'll rant about if I think Curtis did it or had the hit done..hint. NO. I think he asked. He's afraid it'll come out. But for whatever reason Wu didn't do it. But what do I know about how to follow this story!
SO...in other news.
Willow...looked gorgeous. I know....sad wedding aside. Scary, loveless, transactional marriage aside. Glad her bad (imho) haircut is growing a bit...very pretty. Beautiful dress. Makeup gorg. Skin perfect. She just shown today. The actress is one of the most beautiful on the show.
My fav today....again...Gio and Brooklynn. His acting goes in and out, but when he's natural and on it...he's SO on it. I. just. Love. him. Adorable. And I LOVE them together now, as they navigate son/mom. He was so great with Brooklynn today. They ARE writing them well. DON'T blow it Cheetoh group!!! Keep him good. Wholesome. Please. EVERYone can't go wrong on this show!! On soaps we DO need GOOD guys and bad guys. And Lord knows we have plenty bad guys on GH. Too many.
My only fear....like with the guy who played Spencer who shown also, bright...he may get scooped up quickly, by bigger things. But meantime...I hope they really write this storyline well. It's heartwarming...and we don't often get enough heartwarming on GH.
Not sure I'm as invested as many fans are in Michael and Jacinda, and the hookup. None of the "love connections" (ie. Joss and Vaughn) make me really feel it. I think it's the rushed writing, the schedule now ...I know I repeat that ad nauseum, but I think it's just HOW this show needs to be produced, written, budget and time-wise. There's not a lot of natural, lead-up. Yeah it was an appropriate hot scene and all...but I don't know. Just. don't. know. Don't hate it or her. Just don't know yet and don't FEEL it...quite like others might now.
Ok, rambly ramble...g'nite, for now!

Lindstrom joined GH back in 1992 as Ryan Chamberlain, pediatrician by day, serial killer by night, and in 1993, viewers first met Ryanās upright identical twin, also played by Lindstrom. After Ryanās ādeathā in 1995, Lindstrom remained on the show as Kevin, but in 1997, the actor made the move over to Port Charles, GHās half-hour spin-off, where he remained until the series went off the air in 2003. After a stint as Craig Montgomery on As the World Turns, Lindstrom made his way back to Port Charles as Kevin in 2013, where he remained on recurring status, seeing Kevin through such life changes as his marriage to Laura and the death (for real this time!) of his twin. Then, last year, his longtime friend Michele Val Jean ā who had formerly written for GH and had been instrumental in the development of Kevin ā presented him with an offer he couldnāt refuse: playing bad guy Joey Armstrong on the new soap she was launching for CBS, Beyond The Gates.
In a new interview with TV Insider, Lindstrom explained that his protracted break from GH was a nit of a necessary evil stemming from his commitment to BTG, noting that, āItās just been difficult to find the timeā ā not only because heās very busy on that show but because GHās studio is in Los Angeles, and BTG shoots in Atlanta.
The actor said that signing on to BTG was ākind of a no-brainer,ā given that Kevinās storyline life was fairly light, meaning that so, too, was Lindstromās work schedule. āIn all fairness to me, it had whittled down to about one or two shows a month,ā he pointed out.
Lindstrom recalled that it was back in November 2024 that he first broke the news of his BTG hiring to his GH boss, Executive Producer Frank Valentini, who had hoped that Lindstrom would be able to appear on both shows simultaneously. The actor shared that given the 2,000-mile distance between the two workplaces, āthere were just logistical problems along the way over the last year where they would reach out every now and again and ask if I was available for one episode or another episode in the middle of a week, and thatās impossible for me to do from out here [in Atlanta] because Gates takes up a lot of my time.ā
The actor was thrilled when GH proposed scheduling Lindstrom to work on multiple shows over the course of several days, which made it worthwhile for the actor to head West to shoot the episodes that are rolling out now. It was a very happy homecoming for Lindstrom, who enthused of his Port Charles co-workers, āI love those peopleā¦. Itās like coming back to see old friends and a great reunion around it.ā
For Kevin, though, returning to the loving home he shares with Laura will be fraught with complications in light of the mess she finds herself in, courtesy of Sidwell. Lindstrom offered high praise for his leading lady, saying, āGenie, who never slouches, never walks through a scene, is just terrific in this story.ā And while Kevin wonāt exactly be thrilled to find out that she turned to Sonny for assistance after discovering Dalton in her trunk, āhe also understands it. Being the shrink that he is, he understands the value of human connection.ā
Lindstromās GH comeback is short-term, given the demands of his BTG role, but the actor is hopeful that the show will be able to accommodate him in the future. āIāll do GH anytime,ā he declared. āI Just donāt know if we can work it out.ā

Also...little Scout looked so cute yesterday. I hope her little life improves with being able to spend time with her brothers, and her mom's family.
Speaking of little girls....where the heck is Avery?!! Ava never even mantions being with her...or NOT being with her, for that matter! I guess she'll come home from "boarding school" at some point as a teen.
I realize, FV is busy "keeping GH alive" by keeping it within budget, so I guess part of that is only so many sets (no Q dining room for the turkey and fixin's, and pizza, this year...only a modern kitchen now. Back in the day they never were allowed in said kitchen! BUT...at least they still have "help" (aka Yuri), thank goodness, to "break down the pizza boxes to recycle", for them! Phew, Brooklynn & Gio may be putting away the glassware, but at least don't have to dirty their hands with any food cleanup!!
I digress....so they have limited sets, and limited cast being paid on screen. While understandable from a budget aspect...it still is awkward, not explained, and makes little sense in actual story. But such is the state of our soap.
Ok that's it for now.
