Are mature men so repelled by mature women that all the ladies have to choose from are very young men?

A few might prefer this upside-down chronological pairing, but I am dismayed that "unusual" young men are all that seem to be available for the older woman.

Perhaps it is only in Hollywood and among the elite that such an imbalance occurs.  I don't know...

Well, we're used to seeing 76 year old men with women much younger than 36 -- even in their 20's. Fair play, I'd say.

However, seniors of either gender, in vast age difference relationships, are taking risks. There's usually secondary gain for the younger in the relationship. I mean, c'mon, it's obvious. The senior has to be able to afford the rejuvenating effect. 

Cher's always seemed smart. She's probably just having fun and knows what she's doing with her boy toy. I hope.

Good for Cher. When I see older (and I really mean older) men in Hollywood, they all have younger, very much younger, girlfriends or wives. Seems like that's ok, but the opposite isn't.
