Re: 90 Day Fiance Happily Ever After March 17

@SportyShorty07  LOL!  Yes I do know who he is and agree that he's too good for these roles. I of course know Julia and his daughter Emma. She was, and I believe still is, on almost all of the American Horror story installments. She was on the last AHS but I think the writers strike took place and ended filming yet it's supposed to start back up? I actually tried to watch it but lost interest. I didn't watch every season but thought the first three were good. Kim K was on the last one with Emma and played her agent. I can't stand her. We neeed to start a liftime movie thread. We might be the only ones on it lol.

@colliemom4 I just finished Lifetime's 2015 Stalked By My Doctor and I give it 10 out of 10 Lifetime movie stars Smiley Very Happy! Thank you for the recommendation!  Absolutely phenomenal- hilarious, dramatic, trashy, and suspenseful! I was laughing all throughout it and Eric Roberts stole the show- if you ever want to watch him drunkenly trash talk a date in a restaurant or dismember and drop kick an American Girl doll in a fit of rage- I highly recommend this movie Smiley LOL.  There are 4 more of these movies featuring Eric Roberts and I will ration them out for days when I need them. Oh Lifetime Network, it never lets me down!  I've never watched American Horror Story, I'll have to check it out- I can't stand Kim K either.  Eric Roberts does a great job playing possessive men- he was incredible in Star 80. We'd probably be some of the only ones on the Lifetime Movie thread! I wonder how long it would stay up on QVC's forums since Lifetime plots are scandalous Smiley Very Happy

@SportyShorty07  Too funny! I'll have to try and check that one out. I did see Star 80 but that was ages ago. Did you watch Big Little Lies? It was on HBO. My daughter hated it lol but I liked it.

Loren's plastic surgery mommy makeover took 7 hours and she claims she still has body dysmorphia. She also said it took her a long time to recover because she did too much at home and developed an infection. I think she did something to her face and chin because she had big bandages on it. Alexi shared that they actually don't have a very good relationship with her parents though they are cordial with each other.

Re: 90 Day Fiance Happily Ever After March 17

I've been collecting my thoughts on the current season and finally ready to make some comments.

It was nice to see Lauren and Alexi.  I think they are one of the only "genuine" couples on the show.  I agree with those of you who commented on her mother- she is definitely a piece of work, is opinionated and stirs the pot.

Jasmine and Gino - I too, am sick of seeing them.  This storyline about her kids coming is laughable to me.  When she lived in Columbia, the kids didn't even live with her so now she misses them so much she's crying crocodile tears over it?

Liz and Ed - RUN LIZ!!! You dodged another bullet.  Don't keep going back for his target practice - you deserve better.  Heck, being ALONE would be better.

Sophie and Rob the Nob - I just can't get past their rags to riches move to Texas.  I am so distracted by the fact that they lived in a one room storage unit without a toilet and his hatch-back held open by a stick car to what appears to be a very nicely furnished apartment and an SUV.  Yet they don't seem to work.  I'm to busy looking at the background in their scenes to pay attention to the nonsense they are spewing.

Mahmoud and Nicole - You can take the boy out of Egypt, but you can't take Egypt out of the boy.  I just SMH on these two.  He's in the USA one day and she thinks he is going to drop all he believes about how she should dress, simply from breathing American air?  I think she purposely antagonizes him with her fashion choices.  From the moment she picked him up at the airport showing her midriff and trying to get him to kiss her on the mouth in public she started poking the bear.  I'm not a Mahmoud fan, but really, Nicole, you couldn't pick an outfit that was more conservative and give the guy a few weeks to observe American culture and fashion before wearing something you know would upset him?

Ashley and Manuel - UGH.  Just UGH.

If I missed anyone, I'll post again.  I really try not to think about these people that much.  I really miss the earlier shows of 90 day Fiance when it was more about real love stories and not about scripted drama.

Re: 90 Day Fiance Happily Ever After March 17

I thought Loren wanting all the plastic surgery and making her husband deal with 3 little kids was ignorant and selfish on her part. I'll bet she felt like c-r-a-p for a long time after having those done. She actually needs counseling for her unhealthy body image issues.

Ashley's friend Erin is a total FRAUD. However she is very pretty, and most likely seeking to get her foot in the door of the entertainment industry IMO. I'm extremely tired of the Ashley bringing up the fact that she is a witch or bruja. Every week it seems she goes to a new person and tells them about it. This storyline is stale.

Patrick and Thais's dad's clearly both have issues. I wouldn't be renting an apartment or spending much time there if I were them.

Nicole and Mahmoud are both strange and I care nothing about their storyline. I don't find anything interesting about them or their relationship.

I wish Ed would be banned from the show. I can't even stand the sight of him.

Re: 90 Day Fiance Happily Ever After March 17

IMHO. Ive never been an Emily fan. She is bossy, pushy, and has all the charm of a brillo pad bouquet, but Im on her side with this Kobes friends issue. They are not moving to Camaroon so thanks for the culture lesson but no one cares. If you like Kobe as much as you say then just bite your tongue and stop trying to drive a wedge between them. Gino and Jasmine- he cant afford a lawyer for her kids but he can afford a weekend for them in Miami to see her friend. Heres a thought- GET A JOB IDIOT! Ed and Liz- Run, Liz, Run! You can do so much better and even having no one is an improvement over Ed. Put your energy into your daughter. You owe her that much! Nicole and Mahmoud- Bro, go back to Egypt. You never should have married outside your culture and religion. Shes never going to submit the way you want and youll never be happy. Rob the Knob and Sophie the non Trophy- just get an annulment and stop the insanity. Neither of you know what you're doing. Youre both immature and wrapped up in yourselves. For God sake DO NOT have any kids!

Re: 90 Day Fiance Happily Ever After March 17

I wish they'd stop coming out with new iterations of this show.  It seems like the general theme is:  An American wants to wed a person coming from a completely different culture, and then wonders why they don't click -- both of them find it difficult to click.  OF COURSE!  Why would any of these people think it would work?  And Gino/Jasmine, I was so grossed out about the talk about threesomes in public.  Do these two have a filter?  Do we NEED to know about that junk?  NO.  Ugh.  I hate it that they're getting paid to spew this nonsense.

I know right?! - Especially the women who marry Muslim men, and then think they are going to get the men to compromise on their religious beliefs - Are they imbeciles or is it just about the drama? Smiley Tongue
