Sell, sell, sell is the name of the game.  Her tactics must be working or she would not still be here.  I understand the critics though because she is one of three people on the Q that I just cannot watch (unfortunately the three are on often).

Her items should be a "top seller" with all the air time she has.  If there is not a 1 to 3 hour show of just her items she and a couple of items appear on other shows. Some days we see her more than any one host.  I remember when I first started watching QVC and her behavior was not like this at all.  It appears to me that since Audrey passed Susan's behavior has gone down hill.  From what Susan has said Audrey was with her from the very beginning. I am beginning to think that without this support Susan is insecure in her own ability.  As a designer of this many years she has an obligation to the Q, her employees, her customers and herself.  Maybe all of this has become overwhelming for her.  It is really bad when our small children comment on her behavior and they say "she is not nice" because she does not wait her turn to talk and does not keep her hands to herself.  Parents teach their children manners at an early age and good manners are encouraged from daycare forward in school.

I so agree with "cherzum". The minute I see it is Susan Graver I turn the channel...cannot believe she is so unprofessional and I feel for any of the hosts who have to try to do their jobs while she is chattering non-stop and flitting all over the set like she is the model....although I have never seen any model act as she does. She has some great fashion, but can't stand to hear her talk about them like they are the only line ever presented..

Who can watch her prance around and listen to her constant babble long enough to buy anything? NOT me! She drives me crazy with her rudeness and repeated comments. Susan, we heard you say the same thing before. Why keep repeating it? Why keep carressing the clothes? We get that you have a background in trousers, blah, blah, blah. Frankly, we don't care! Let the QVC host speak - be a lady with manners. You'll sell a lot more items if you silence your mouth and wiggling around.

We have been talking about this for what seems to be years.  SUSAN, do you not read these forums and see what customers really want from you.  Stop talking over hosts or inserting comments like WOW, YEAH, LOVE THIS etc etc while the host is speaking.  It is very annoying and if you read this forum which is dedicated to just you then maybe you might listen.  Has anyone else noticed that Susan is wearing VERY big BELL BOTTOMS, which are really not in style and has been wearing them in every show for a while now, how come?  Also, whatever you had done to your face makes you look really puffy!

I totally agree!  Susan Graver seems like such a nice person.  I don't find her presentations over-the-top at all.

I do not order from SG never did ... but, I think as annoying as the women is I think the O/P was really nasty with her thread about her "puffy face"
