I have heard you say you do read the comments and that you care about what we think, so I am going to give this a shot. I mean this as constructive criticism...to help, not to hurt.

Over the years I have purchased many items from your line. In particular, I love and own many of your polar fleece jackets and coats.

I appreciate your enthusiasum you have for your clothes, but you have to realize you are losing a lot of your customer base by manically talking over the host every time you are on. You see, we can't hear ANYTHING when you insist on doing this, therefore, many don't watch your shows anymore.

I am sure this isn't what you want, so please take this into consideration so we can watch your shows again. Thanks!~

I do like Susan Graver's clothes.  I recently ordered two tops and am excited about receiving them, BUT when the show was on the other day I had to watch it with the sound turned off.  Susan was talking over the host ( I think it was Rachael) and I couldn't hear what either one of them was saying.  When I did have the sound turned on  Rachael made a mistake about how long it takes to get a particular top back in, and Susan had a fit.  She kept repeating over and over that Rachael was wrong and it takes longer. We get it Susan.  You don't have to keep repeating yourself!  That's when I turned the sound off.  I don't know what is wrong with Susan.  All I can't think of is she has some kind of medical problem or she is just really, really  rude.  Whatever it is I cannot watch her shows when she acts like that.  It's a shame because , as I said, I do like her clothes.

This is such a boring topic. Many of us think she's fantastic and wish more vendors would show as much energy and enthusiasm as Susan. I think that we should all just agree to disagree and leave it at that. As its been said a million times and in a million different ways, nobody forces you to watch. Just kindly switch channels, please.

It is not a boring subject to everyone.  I haven't watched an SG show in eons, but I do order on a regular basis since her clothes are perfect for my line of work.  Last night, there was nothing on at the ten o'clock hour, so I decided to watch SG on the Q.  I was hoping I'd see a few things I can order for an upcoming trip.  I wanted to enjoy this show, I really, really did, but my midway, my head was spinning.  Susan was so hyper and talking nonstop, that I had to mute the sound.  Sandra tried to do her best to control the show, but she had her struggles too.

I have written to QVC in the past about this.  Susan may be a great person.  I'm sure she is wonderful and kind and nice to everyone.  However, she has to remember how her behavior comes across to the viewers.  No one can hear anything when both she and the host are talking.  When the host has to give an update or describe the product, SG needs to be quiet for a few minutes, take a breath and relax.

I remember way back when she first came to QVC and she was nothing like she is now. Unfortunately the past few years she's become more & more frenetic and it just continues to worsen. I doubt if complaining anywhere or to anyone, including Susan herself is going to change anything. She is who she is and you can either take her leave her. Personally about 10 minutes is my limit. I do get a sense though that away from QVC she's probably a very sweet person.

Cindy-it must have been my post that was removed as I don't see it.

Honestly in the 10 years I've posted here, I've never had a post removed.

So I was definitely surprised. Are we not supposed to say anything about the producers or what things the hosts have to say when they talk over Susan or a vendor?

If you would rather not answer, thats okay, just makes me wonder why it is allowed to complain about Susan or some and not have polite but adverse opinions about QVC and the style of selling.

It makes me reluctant to post here at all.

I will respect your decision to reply or not either way.

And I am not "challenging a moderator's decision" I just am truly asking for future posting caution.

It seems as though every time Susan is on there is a post about her.  She is who she is.  Anyone who watches on a regular basis knows her personality.  The host that works with her needs to just step back and let Susan do the talking with the host giving updates as needed.  When you have a chatty host that competes with Susan it's not good.

I like Susan and her clothes.
