Re: solution to dropping sales

When Microsoft quit supporting XP, I was in the market for a new computer. You told me I didn't want a tower, it was old. You said I wanted either an all-in-one or a laptop. No, I was looking for another tower, and you didn't offer one. So, I called Dell myself and got the computer I wanted. Don't tell me as a customer what I want, you don't know. Ask me what I'm interested in. I'm the one paying for the item, if it isn't what I want, I'm not spending my money with you. If I'm old fashioned, okay, it's my money you are looking for me to spend. And, stop yelling at me. The item you are selling isn't that exciting.
