I used to be able to select a brand that I wanted to get show reminders for. For example, if I selected Vionic shoes, I would get a reminder whenever a Vionic presentation was coming up, now and into the future. Now it seems like I have to go into the program guide and select a show I want to be reminded about. So if there is no Vionic presnetation in the next couple of weeks, I can't select anything. What am i doing wrong????

@talupia they don't make it easy.  You can go to the "Program Guide" page.  Search "vionic".  From the results, pick a show.  Set a reminder for the show by clicking in the clock image to the right.  Once you set it, the website takes you to the page with your reminders. On your new reminder with a date click edit.  There is a box labeled in tiny print "repeat reminder".  Click and change from "this show only" to "all shows."  Click "save."  Hope this helps.

Mine hasn't worked in years- several times per year emailed, several times per year called in-no result, just this is a technical issue, we will get our tech's on this...My result as of today, will cut/paste below.Oops!
