I know qvc has nothing to do with the customer service of Perricone.  I sent Dana the message because she seems compasionate to the product and promotes it.  If you are trying to sell the product you want to know the problems and concerns.  I am sure she was unaware of this. Even thow he sold the company, his name is still on it . I really think she is good and I like watching her.  I want a good product but I want both.  I expect good customer service.If you say you are available and you are not and then people go to another company it affect all who sell the product like qvc, Dana, Ulta all who sell the product.

I understand your reasoning.  Dana seems very passionate about the products and the company.  I am sure she would care that the service you expect is not being delivered.

 

However, my point to you is that Dana is not the one to correct the situation.

 

Besides, I doubt she reads the QVC forum.

 

You need to contact the parent company with your concerns and complaints or at a minimum Perricone.com

I did contact Perricone. I also tried to contact Lion Capital however I was unable to contact them . I agree, she probably won't see it.  But I think she would want to know.. She has said in the past you can e-mail me and she is passioate about it. But understand it is not up to her.
