you are the best. Enjoy watching you. Please check out Perricone Customer service, They never answer the phone or return my calls. If it does not change I will have to discontinue use. i do rder from QVC also. Sometimes I have questions about products Poor customer service.

Dana is hired to do QVC presentations only. She is a contract employee only.
She is not a full time employee of the company, nor does she have anything to do with the procedures of the company.
I would suggest you send an email to Lion Capital who owns the company and let them know just how disappointed you are in the service you receive.
Sorry, but Dana can't help you. Go right to the TOP and let them know!

WOW ,is that true???? Dana has told the story many times about how she loved the product and how she loves Dr Perricone and how she got to work for him and gives the impression she is very close to him..................WOW!!!!!

I don't want to give the wrong impression. Dana DOES know Dr. P. well and for a long time. She just has nothing to do with the daily operations of the company. Nor does Dr. P anymore for that matter since he sold to capital groups.
@annieo wants Dana to try to correct the poor C/S relations she is receiving and Dana has nothing to do with that. She is contracted for QVC shows only. Each appearance is a new contract. She is not an everyday part of the company.
I might add, when the shock came of the parent company closing the CT headquarters, Dana called dozens and dozens of the employees personally to tell them how sorry she was they were closing and wishing them well.

It would be like trying to contact Meredith because you had a problem ordering cookware...and the QVC supervisor never called you back.
Meredith Laurence has nothing to do w/ how QVC runs its business or the services the employees are supposed to provide.
Same thing with Dana.... she presents the products only.
Please don't think Dana is disingenuous or falsely portraying anything.
All I am saying is she is not responsible, nor can she assist in correcting bad telephone customer service!

I sincerely doubt Dana knew anything about the closing of the CT office before anyone else. My best friend was very close to her VP and he knew absolutely nothing about it. He found out like everyone else...in the conference room.
Why would Lion capital tell a TV personality that they are relocating the headquarters to San Fran? She has no say in it. It was a corporate downsizing.
I know she has quite the sale pitch. I've also seen my threads criticizing her 'stories'
I personally never watch her. My best friend told me what products were great and what were nothings. LOL
I just don't think her TV promotions have anything to do with how Lion Capital runs their business.
And QVC has absolutely nothing to do with it!

That just goes to show you how important it is for the vendors and QVC to be honest with the customers. People take what these people say as gospel and then when things don't perform as they promised are shocked and disappointed.

I personally would not purchase anything from Dr. P's line only because it seems Dr. P is too important to show up once in a while to talk to the people who are helping to keep him in the style he is accustomed to.
As much as Dana is a wonderful rep, there is something to be said about the owner being part of the sale. His little videos make me laugh!
I'm sure he has a wonderful product; however, there are a lot of other wonderful products out there. If selling on tv is beneath him, then he should not sell on tv.
