Some people buy "everything" from Amazon. I find many things there to be priced higher than I can find elsewhere, so I buy elsewhere.
If you can find items cheaper and of better quality elsewhere, it would be foolish to buy them at QVC.
🤷♀️
ITA, I dont have Prime and not an avid Amazon shopper, very often way overpriced.
For many, price is only one of the factors. People are loyal Amazon customers because of their return/refund policy. People are loyal to QVC because of brand availability. Everyone has buying criteria and it's personal. It's their choice - that's what's great about living in the USA.

I haven't ordered from QVC for several years. Their shipping is ridiculous! They should have bulk shipping rates instead of shipping for each item ordered. That's what made me stop. I'm here for the blogs and even those are getting out of hand occasionally. People just don't know how to be respectful of others opinions or questions. Have a great weekend!! GO UTES!!!!!

I tried to buy the WOW inserts. The speech says 17.88. but the price is 21.99. OK, still a good price and they are worth it. While talking with CS, she tried to sell me socks and something else.
I said, I just want to order the WOW inserts and will not argue the 21.99 price, but in trying to use the code from the A GIFT FOR YOU CARD for 25% off, it would not take the offer.
Im told by CS because this is already marked down and the code doesn't apply. QVC always has a way of getting around not giving the customer what they advertise. In very tiny print, almost impossible.

I don't blame people for being angry, mad, upset....

Depending where you live, life style, how far a drive, and availability QVC is not always a good buy. I understand that clothing prices are sky high (we haven't been to the mall since BC). We also have the time to shop around and access to a nice B&M store and a really good thrift store. Good Will is just too expensive. There is so much that must be factored in. Cost of gasoline and as I said availability. Friend of ours needed a car part and went to three stores and just couldn't find it. Amazon did and he had it in two days. Also Amazon is free returns, without a bunch of paper work.
