If I could go to the mall and shop in person I would do so because I enjoyed seeing new items and touching things I liked. But that was awhile ago and QVC kind of took over the desire to shop while making it less difficult. But as with many ideas they suffer after decades of changes. QVC now seems to be trying to keep up with shopping trends and changes and increasing sales with social media and online. That's fine but it feels like they have a warehouse problem. Shipping is expensive in a free shipping world of shopping. Returns are not time sensitive when Amazon issues refunds quickly and easily. Amazon delivers in a day while QVC can take ten or more. The on air programming has switched from product information to entertainment. There should never be a question left about an item that is presented on air multiple times for many many minutes per airtime. Yet some hosts will go on and on with the price, the number remaining in stock, when what we need to see is how to plug it in or how it fastens. I hope QVC recovers from all of their issues because there is a need for shopping shows.

I don't think we are clutching or wringing...just hoping QVC can maintain an edge so we keep ordering...ordering is the easy part. Keeping a customer coming back is a bit harder.

Would all of you that order often from QVC, STILL order if it was ONLINE shopping ONLY? No live presentations, or videos of the products?

100% agree @TW . qvc has fallen from what they used to be. I don't see them getting back up any time soon either.
I haven't ordered in a few years. Don't plan on ordering for all the reasons you mentioned and more. They no longer have Q-Quality, V-Value, C-Convience.

That's a good question. When QVC is no longer on air, which is only a matter of time, will people still order from the website? Especially those QVC fans who seem to do their majority of shopping here.

I shop primarily online, rarely watch live...BUT I watch the videos a great deal of the time.
If there were No videos or online presentations....I would order a LOT less!
When I ordered from Coldwater eons ago, I never like the still picture of garment.
QVC has spoiled me to seeing it On someone.

Why not just order from Either of them Only on free ship days??
Qvc has plenty of them these days!!
