I've been a Q member since day one and I can remember when there was a larger variety selection for the TSV instead of what I am seeing recently . The repetitive selection of items such as Dyson, sleep number beds, cameras, keurig, dell computers, b. makowski bags (OMG) and a few others are just too frequent. These are great products, don't get me wrong, but i don't need to see them as a TSV as often as i do. The inventory at QVC is massive, therefore the selection must be enormous -- so why keep repeating? And when you do repeat, why do you need a full hour on a vacuum? A coffee maker? A camera? And i really don't think you need an hour on these items -- you lose this viewer and I'm sure many more viewers too when doing this, let alone dollars. We all know the price of gold has gone up, but we would like to see some more jewelry, gem stones, crafts, home decor, work fashions, stylish shoes ( not everyone wears Clarks - 2-3 inch heals would be nice)...etc. And of course throw a bone in every now and then with free s/h. Your competitor does it and it makes a world of difference. I love QVC but some changes need to be made to keep you on top. Thank you!
