This probably goes back 25 years, but Richard Simmons was the first person I remember offering extended sizes in some shirts. They flew out the door. He obviously saw the need and attempted to do something about it. I'd think the QF people would too.

I've read that garment designers and manufacturers lose billions of dollars every year because they won't offer customers plus sizes. There's a huge (pardon the pun) untapped customer source out there. They need to wake up.

@ssfbeagle @I believe they had one item, a TSV in the extended sizes. Try searching for Quacker Factory 4X or 5X in the QVC search bar.
