When a company repeats not fulfilling orders.....

I think when a company is not fulfilling their orders repreatedlly I think rheir agreement to sell on QVC should be cancelled.  QVC is taking the bad reputation for that company.  One case in point is Jimmy the Baker.  Although their products are good, they have cancelled/not shipped my orders at least 3 times in the last year.  I sincerely doubt mine are the only orders not shipped.  At this point I will not be ordering their products again.  I hsve hsd this problem in the past but those compsnies no longer exist.  I am very selective what I order from QVC now.

Re: When a company repeats not fulfilling orders.....

I had a Jimmy the Baker item on A/D.  Only got the first shipment; the second immediately went to backorder.

I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of wondering when it would ship, so I just cancelled the entire A/D.

I've had other A/Ds cancelled without notice.  I know "stuff happens", but at least the customer should be notified and given an explanation.

@shawnee9.  You're right, Jimmy surely doesn't have his act together.  I love the crumb cakes but have limited freezer space and must plan well ahead to have room.  He really messes over my planning when I don't know if I'll get my order or not.

I had a Dr. Denese auto delivery shipment cancelled because they did not have it in stock, but they were selling the exact same product on QVC at the time, and it was available.  But apparently it was not designated for the auto delivery people, you know, the customers that already committed to buying the product.  Something very wrong with that scenario.

Re: When a company repeats not fulfilling orders.....

@shawnee9 What a bummer not to receive Jimmy the Baker items. We love his crumb cakes and were on AD for a couple years. It was never delayed or cancelled on me. However, because this summer will be a busy year for us with traveling I haven't ordered any of his products. In the past, nothing was ever delayed or cancelled.

@Venezia Although none of my deliveries for Jimmy the Baker were delayed or cancelled, I have had other products both cancelled and delayed. I always receive an email from QVC that states an apology and they cannot fulfill my order, or, they state they will notify me when an item has shipped if it was delayed. You may want to check your spam because I receive emails for everything including cancellations, delays and waitlist items.

@cjm61 - I check my spam folder every day, sometimes more than once.  (And, BTW, I have my spam folder set to not delete anything until I physically delete it.)

I had the last Bare Minerals TSV cancelled with no email and never even got the first shipment.  It just went from in process to backorder.  It was only when I happened to check my account that I saw it was cancelled.

I have never received an email of explanation or apology.  Nothing.

It's also happened with a few Philosophy A/Ds.  I get all the regular emails from QVC, but in these instances, nothing.  I haven't missed anything; they just never notified me and that's poor customer service.  Everything lately with QVC seems to be hit or miss, IMO.

I know I'm not the only one this has happened to (especially with Philosophy).
