I remember getting easy pay for my Birthday. Now all I get is poofed for voicing my opinion on here. lol

I may be wrong, but I think years and years ago, they used to give you a $5.00 credit for your birthday. That was even nice!!!

I won't give up on this opportunity for QVC to recognize the long timers. They give new customers a $15.00 credit. How about the ones who have been with you longer and have kept your company going.
You really cannot be that cheap or are you??
Thanks for letting me vent. Maybe someone in higher places will see this and make an effort to do something about this.

@AngelPuppy1 Did you fall and bump your head? A discount card or coupon at QVC? LOL! When pigs fly!

Sounds like a plan, but I'm sure the newer customers would be yelling foul. Not that it's going to happen but it is a nice thought.

I agree with all of your suggestions to give some type of incentive to frequent shoppers. Many retail stores and online sites give frequent shoppers a discount. I don't shop online very often but do occasionally receive coupons from some of the other online sites.

I think I did see something about first time customers getting $5 off their first order. I did not look further into it to see what rules or restrictions applied, because it didn't apply to me. But what about us who have been here forever???
I know ---it does seem like I suffered a blow to the head! LOL!!! ![]()

I will join in with your suggestion about a shopper discount for folks who've put in the years. ## year shopper/member here before it was called QVC.

THey figure they have already sucked us in so why should they give us anything? THey want to entice new shoppers not reward the existing ones.

I have never seen QVC do any type of coupon or incentive unless it's for opening a Q card and they give a statement credit. However, the other day I was checking out and there was something that appeared at check-out about a $5.00 discount for new customers. I had never seen that before.
But QVC isn't the only company that overlooks it's long standing customer base. In fact, don't most? Cable and satellite providers offer great packages for brand new customers but once that promo is over, they nearly double your rates. Credit card companies offer X number of months interest fee on balance transfers to new customers but if you are a current customer, you pay interest if you carry a balance. And it goes on and on.
