QVC, when you have an original video of a product with all of the colors of an item, why do you eventually put up a video with no samples of colors (maybe one) and the rest are all pictures? These are not appealing videos and not good for sales. I bought pajamas several years ago and like them so much, I wanted to get another color. I also noticed you cannot click on the reviews - there are some, but they do not show. I suggest you pay more attention to what you do on the website and product pages. I wanted to pick my new color from the samples and not bland pictures. This happens a lot. Do you not have enough staff to retrieve an original video?
