Many of us - me included - would love to know the criteria used to determine who gets a mug - or any perk offered.  This isn't the first and no doubt will not be the last time perks have been given to what seems to be a select group.   Most of us don't need a new mug, but would appreciate some show of appreciation for over 30 years of loyalty.  Can you help find an answer for us? 


I agree....i have shopped since the beginning of QVC here....and all through the years when they sent out Christmas Cards or Birthday Cards (i remember years back) i never received any....didn't receive any notice of being able to have EZ Payments which i remember people writing in that they received .............now it is a mug which has been mailed out and Beth-QVC rep says that they are doing new branding and sending them out randomly????????  that is like giving some kids at a birthday party a goodie bag and sending the others home without anything...................never in this and past situations is that a fair situation............it tends to shun the people who haven't received any benefit ..........and i am not so sure it is truly random...................ps I do not need a mug from QVC thankfully

@Perkup.  QVC seems to have a tradition of this type of behavior, singling out a select few for special privileges and ignoring a plethora of faithful, long-time customers.  I wonder if the consider this to be good PR and an image enhancer?
