I noticed that quite a few people are having trouble viewing product informatiuon videos about QVC items. Here's a temporary solution for now.
You can go to Youtube and watch the videos there. I'll post the link for it below.
-------------------------------------------------------
If it's too overwhelming to find the video you're looking for, you can try typing in exactly what it is you want to watch. For example, I like to watch Nick Chavez. Here's his Youtube channel with the lastest videos of when he's been on QVC.
----------------------------------------------
People can try this with It Cosmetics, LOGO, Dooney & Bourke, ect.
So hopefully this helps people.

my temporary solution is just to switch browsers......
for example, if they are not working in firefox, then try chrome, IE, or edge.

NC Bandwagon,
Thank you. It is frustrating.

My problem is it won't work on IE nor Chrome, those are all I have.
We shouldn't have to play 'Guess the Browser' for 3 weeks now anyway, IMO.

My temporary solution is to buy less, if at all.

That is very kind @NC Bandwagon.
However my problem may be different. It's not the individual item videos, those play fine for me. It's the live streaming of watching QVC Live, or the new Beauty iQ channel (which I cannot get from my cable company), or QVC Plus. Everything worked fine for me until QVC changed their website to highlight Beauty iQ this past week.

My work around is to skip it and move on. They're a retailer. It's incumbent upon them to have a fully functional website and it shouldn't matter what browser we choose to use. QVC offers one of the most temperamental web experiences I've ever seen.

I'm with you! I like to finish my holiday shopping early to be able to enjoy the fun part of the holidays!
I'm officially all finished and not one gift came from QVC this year, for the first time in 20+ years as a member here!
With the return fees now, it's just too pricey to order without at least being able to watch a video of the item, IMO.
And some people like me, don't stay glued to QVC on TV, hoping to see something they're interested in being presented.
