I’d like to suggest that if a customer purchases at least 3 different TSVs during any calendar quarter they be allowed to purchase a single duplicate of one of those TSV items (subject to availability) at the TSV price the following quarter. That way if the customer orders a TSV item, discovers they love it, and wants a second one they are “rewarded” for being a regular purchaser of TSV items. For example, I purchased the BD Milk Jersey Caftan, love it, want a second one, but will not pay the now regular price for it. I would not have ordered two back when it was the TSV because I didn’t know if I would like it, and didn’t want the hassle and expense of returning two items if it turned out I didn’t. But now that I know I live it, if I could order a second one at the TSV price in the near future I definitely would. It might show up as a TSV again a year or so from now, but it would be lovely and encourage greater loyalty to the Q if I could just purchase it at the TSV price. As I say, customers would be limited to having the right to purchase just one of the 3+ TSV items they purchased during the prior quarter at the TSV price, and only a single additional one, not quantities of two or three, etc. of that item.

It's an interesting idea, but it will never happen.

Yes, it would be nice to be rewarded for repeat TSV purchases, but it would be problematic with TSVs that are seasonal, one-time deals, or need a long lead time to restock. It’s hard enough to successfully use the free exchange policy, especially on seasonal items with one orders for the year.
