Suggesting IT Dept. Fix Things

A couple of months of frustration here.

1. Web site continually directs to home page and then to the link that's been selected. That's an unnecessary added step.

2. Saved Items section under Shopping Cart is still missing.

This website has been a trainwreck for years!!!!  I do most of my shopping online - large companies and small.  This is by far the most user unfriendly site i use!

And ... sometimes no matter what you click, they take you to the QVC credit card info page!

Many times the issues about which people complain is not the fault of Q's website but is with the users device or internet service.  If you don't see a lot of complaints here about some wonky issue, its probably on your end.  I would never use the QVC app; I think that's where many problems originate.  I have never been directed to the Q credit card.
