Denim & Co and QVC please bring these back.  These are the best Jeans ever made...these are perfect.   Is there any place I can buy these?

Unfortunately  - where their gone - their gone.  I'd give my first born (wink) if Denim would bring back the heavier french terry short sleeve warm top with the "V" at the neckline.  They did offer a light-weight version that had lace which I 'settled for' - bought ONE to try - and that one disappeared except for small leftovers.  Never to bring it back.  Everything now is thin material.
