I commented on the Studio Park Line. The only responses I received were from Honored Contributors and a Super Contributor. After clarifying my point, questioning their status, and referencing the backgrounds of many hosts, my post was taken down. My original message with their responses remained. Did I hit a nerve?

@Daffney Why would you question the veracity of your fellow forum posters?
And....by the way....DO NOT CHALLENGE THE MODERATORS. It is not acceptable behavior on these boards. di

I question their veracity because 4 out of 6 reponses sound very professional.
What determines a Honored Contributor and Super Contributor?
Why was my last post clarifying my point and commenting on the hosts' bios removed? They are public on your website. Considering their content, I wonder why?
And, who are you?

Who are you? What an odd question on an anonymous message board from a new poster.
Many of us are long time QVC customers that have posted on here for a very long time.
We have cultivated friendships and had many meaningful (and some times "spirited") conversations. At times, the advice has been invaluable.
The date under your photo says you signed up in 2019, so I'm guessing you might need to re-read the Standards and Guidelines for posting here. A lot of questions will be answered.
If you want even more information, google "message board etiquette" and read the guidelines there.
Have a good evening.

Still, my questions go unanswered.....why?

the studio park line is to sell more fashion. the hosts who like fashion probably like to 'design' their own fashion line. most people that like fashion would be thrilled to have their own 'design'. As to the older contributors answering you they are very protective of the qvc viewpoint and will come to their defense quickly.
i personally wish qvc would allow people to criticize the hosts and the shows iinstead of deleting the posts. It would be a more interesting read if they would.

I can't answer your question because I didn't see what you wrote. I don't understand why someone would want to comment on a hosts bio though. Were you being disrespectful? If that's the case it wasn't an issue of "hitting a nerve" but rather being a bully. Like I said before, I didn't read what you wrote. However, I'm certainly not going to feel sorry for you when there are red flags here.

I answered your question last night but don't know why it was taken down. It's a very simple answer--the designations change based on how many posts one has. There's nothing nefarious about it

I didn't see your last post in your previous thread so I can not comment on that.
I was one of the "Honored Contributors" to that thread. What determines the different titles posters are awarded is simply their number of posts. I can't speak to the specific cutoff points, but as one accumulates more posts their level changes. It's reasonable to assume that the people that "talk" the most here would be some that would respond to you. Just that simple. No conspiracy.
Aside from the posts that are clearly labeled as being a QVC employee in their nickname--i.e. the moderators--everyone posting here is a visitor to the QVC site, nothing more. Most are or have been Q customers although all you need to post here is an account with QVC.
The moderators have complete discretion about what gets posted and what gets deleted. It may not always make sense to some, but those are the rules. It can get frustrating at times when someone is truly confused. Questioning why a thread or post gets deleted will most often cause that thread/post to be deleted too.
I've tried to answer you questions as best I know, but I confess I'm rather confused about some of what seems to be troubling you. I hope someone else can help you further.

Seriously @abbeydabby ??
There are plenty of threads all over these boards that criticize hosts...and many just nasty, personal attacks with no constructive suggestions.
If I were a Mod, I'd be deleting a lot more! LOL
I don't find them to be an 'interesting read' at all.
