I agree, the pages continue to jump while loading & can't close the bar to the Qvc app that still loads every screen after clicking the x. I don't want to see a still video blur of a host or vendor's face of the video being redirected, which is taking longer. Qvc please put the main product picture back like it used to be! I miss the compare feature, too. This website is a mess.

I have been trying to check out for an hour and keep getting a crazy error message "Bad Request".

 

 

Since when is an order a Bad Request?

I agree. If they really want to improve their operation, they should consider adding some fresh merchandise... You know, instead of the constant tinkering with the website and renaming what amount to the same shows...

I've been getting the "Bad Request" thing for at least 2 months. I've called customer service, emailed messages, & spoke to customer service on the phone. They all keep saying that it is my server problem. I have NO trouble at all with online shopping on any other site, including HSN!!!
