qvc,  it is not fair to not offer coupons or promo codes.  i mean come on everyone rewards their customers.  i find it insulting that new customers only get five bucks off.  you dont even have visa checkout.  its called customer appreation.

I don't think it's unfair at all.  It's not a matter of fairness - it's business.

They get to choose their prices.  We get to decide whether we want to pay them.

By the way, I think it's a real compliment to QVC that you want to buy what they are selling

Why should a retailer "appreciate" a new customer who may only ever buy one item? Honestly, when I shop on a new website and get offered 10% off I laugh. Even if one is buying a $100 item that's only $10 - the cost of shipping *maybe.* It never impresses me.
