I have shopped with QVC and HSN for 25+ years.

Today I received an order and the pants are about 3 sizes to large.  The tops I received the other day to match these pants are at least 1 size to large.  Shipping to return these 4 items is almost $21!!!!  That is outragous.

I am all done shopping with QVC.

@toomuchcaf  A return label is $6.95 for each item which totals  $27.80 plus you are not refunded your original shipping costs of $3.50 each ($14.00) , which makes a grand total of  $41.80. I would mark them as defective.

@toomuchcaf. Shipping to exchange these items for smaller sizes is free.

I f8nd QVC sizing to be very consistent, not even trying items on until I'm ready to wear them.

There may be an occasional anomaly in sizing so I always check the actual garment sizes before making a selection.   Due to this, I never have to make a sizing return.

@elated.  You do know, I hope, that they verify defective merchandise claims?  It's wiser to advise her her to check the garment measurements to ascertain whether they're right or wrong.

Some people don't realize what size they wear or don't realize it may have changed.

@Kachina624  I have bought the same size, same designer and same item but different color in denim and there was a difference. If she bought her normal sizes, manufacturing  is not always accurate. Mistakes are made. I do know about defective purchases I would not encourage a customer to be deceitful. Also, FYI, I wasn't the only one to tell her it was defective. You might want to read all comments.

In recent years the clothing on the Q has gone off the rails. It’s all huge. Long boxy tops. Huge pants. Shapeless rectangle dresses. No thank you. I’m not hiding myself in miles of material with prints that are beyond garish. Back in the day I used to really like much of the clothing offered here, but not these days.

Ive had problems with sizing for a while now.  I really like crop pants.  Always bought Denim & Co. crops.  I tried at least 2, probably 3 different versions of Denim & Co. crops last year and this year and returned them.  Sizing, for me, way off.  I'm tempted to still buy and try but don't like the return fees.  It's not just Denim & Co. I've had sizing issues with.  I have pretty much given up.

@Kachina624  the measurements guide never works for me (or a couple friends that used to shop QVC) . QVC vanity sizing I admit takes a while to get used to.  For regular QVC shoppers, and those who watch Q  on TV all the time , have more luck.  They knkw host sizing, they do comparison, you can see how iiit hangs on model. But for those who don't, and even those who do, sometimes each item a brand makes can be sized different.  QVC  is cut way larger, above most sizing.  I started shopping with QVC in 1987, and I bought all my clothes here until about 1999-2000.  That is when overseas factories started in force everywhere,  and all sizing was changed.  uSA no longer jsed Universal sizing as well.   I don't shop Q much anymore and don't watch any TV period.  But I do shop online, and watch videos. Last Christmas my daughter ordered Those Peace, world .? (Name escapes me) pajamas for me. I usually get large in PJ Salvage and Kate  spade PJs, as I like the pants to hang loose below or a navel using no stretch. I do het medium in their other clothes.   I am a medium, I am 5'2, 132lbs and hour glass shaped. Flabby now at 78, but hour glass..lol. Anyway.  The medium from Q was so big, bottoms fell to floor. No kidding.  she returned for small.   Then the small was huge. I wound up gettimg XS..@Kachina624.  I haven't worn an XS since 1974 and the Dr had given me diet pills lol. To wind up my long winded message, you never know with QVC. But, I do agree, if you follow measurements and it is oversized...call CS, tell them ot is defective, and reorder.  They are good about that!!  .  We did, and never paid return postage. But daughter is Leary of ordering.  She ordered 2 Logo tops,  (one like she had), it was a size and a half larger.  However, the second  Logo top ( a different style) wasn't. Never know.
