Everytime I asked for Items Recently on Air, I got the page with Rick and Shawn saying something went wrong, lol.

QVC has one of the worst IT departments for a company it's size. They days they say they are going maintenance seem to be poorly planned.
What's even worse, when they are having problems, they should either mention the issue on TV, or run a banner on the screen. It's really rude, poor customer service when they don't. I understand they have to do these things, it's just the sad way they carry it off. They don't always let the people who are answering the phones know either. I've called, and the people on the phone were rude, and said it must be my computer. My computer can't generate the "hmmm, something's wrong page" with Rick and Shawn's picture!
