Dearest QVC, you are owned by a very savvy multimillion-dollar company now. But your shipping resembles something that a start-up is trying to work out. Everyone who shops online knows that UPS innovations is not an appropriate shipping method unless you want to lose your customers. I think you know this already and are testing to see how far you can stress the customer before they leave. Well as soon as I pay off all of my easy pays because I...... unlike YOU, feel an obligation to my responsibilities. I'm going to be hard-pressed to re order anything. AND BY THE WAY, your poor CS Reps are doing the best they can. I feel so bad for them. P.S. you have already built in your shipping charges in some of your overpriced items.

Well, ok. You sure told us. Now you need to tell QVC corporate...LOL They aren't on this board.

Oh they see this. It's call suggestion box for a reason, and the powers that be are definitely monitoring it, and passing on what is being suggested.

Many, many companies use UPS Mail Innovations and UPS SurePost with few to no problems. The issue with QVC's slow shipping is its poor management of its supply chain and communication channels with vendors; it really needs to do a better job of setting and enforcing standards for all the third parties who ship on its behalf nowadays. It is very clear that shipping speed is extremely dependent on individual vendors—I think most of us have had items ship the next day and items that languish in processing for a week (or weeks) with no logical reason or difference other than the brand/vendor. Some people like to complain about the warehouse locations and cite them as the problem, but the core issue is simply vendors who are not getting product to the warehouses (or other central shipping sites) in a timely manner and/or who are shipping products on their own without any oversight, slowing things down and making the fulfillment and shipping process painful for customers. Lack of quality control and proper inventory management in this process are also major concerns.

I agree with everything you said, but brands that are made by QVC are taking longer than outside vendors, figure that one out. Most of the Denim and Co and Diamonique orders are taking up to a month to get to me, if you don't have it on hand, don't promote it.

I do not understand why all of America needs instant gratification and arrival but does not necessarily want to pay for it.
I prefer to be a patient waiter at a $3.00-$5.00 shipping charge rather than put out for Fed Ex overnight at more than $20.00.
However, if I buy a big ticket item it usually does get a priority upgrade for faster arrival!
The big companies already underpay all of their shipping/delivery workers and pretty soon all those people will be replaced by robots. Perhaps the future will bring nonstop drone deliveries--watch out, birds!

oh boy, you missed the whole point, this is not about instant gratification. If I wanted that I would shop on Amazon.

@FancyPhillyshopper let me put it this way, if you go to a restaurant that looks like it has wonderful food and service and your waitress is lovely, the menu is lovely, the restaurant is lovely, but the food took 3 hours to arrive, well heck I guess that you would go back.

I don't buy Diamonique but my clothing orders are shipping in a maximum of 3 days; some I receive in 4 or 5 days. Just had a D&C. item ship from the Ontario, Ca., warehouse in 1 day. I've got no shipping complaints.
Did you hear about the Bethlehem, Ps., warehouse the Q will soon occupy? It's possibly the largest warehouse in Pennsylvania. My guess is it will be highly mechanized. Things should get even better then.

In France all fine dining experiences last three hours. Relaxing, anticipating, and savoring the food become part of the experience.
