Thanks, bebe, for posting my concern. Checked again this morning and still sitting in process from an order I placed on September 5. Customer service was nice, but basically as I stated earlier, I will have to contact the post office and see what is going on. Plan to do that. It was to arrive on 9/15, which is still a long time to wait for an order that was placed on 9/5.

Thanks for taking the time to post this for the QVC people and it is nice to see them respond to you quickly.

@World Traveler thank you for your kind words. They're always appreciated. Smiley Happy

Although I feel really bad about your current "in limbo" shipment, I'm really glad you brought up this issue with your shipment being held "in process" so long in the SC warehouse. When so many other Wenners responded about their issues with the SC warehouse, clearly something was wrong. If you hadn't brought it up we probably wouldn't have realized that the shipping issues seemed to focus on SC.

Hopefully, someone is going to track down your shipment really soon or send you a replacement shipment because it's been twelve days now.

I really appreciate the moderator input and help that this new forum restructure has allowed for. The moderators have been really helpful and are very proactive. I feel as though they really listen to our issues, provide assistance wherever possible, and share information with us that keeps us in the loop. I feel the moderators have been a great addition to the QVC forums. Re: Shipping delays at South Carolina warehouse - long "in process" times

The shipping issues seem to be spreading. It's not just SC anymore. Recently I ordered the WEN Fall Tuscan Pear fragrance. I placed the order on 9/19, the tracking shows "billing information received" 9/23, then "in transit to UPS facility" in Rocky Mount, NC on 9/25, the package was scanned in Dallas, TX on 9/27, which probably means it will be delivered to me in Houston, TX on 9/28. That's eleven days from order to delivery. It took six days to make it from the distribution center to UPS. That's ridiculous!

Another recent purchase, the Skechers Suede Faux Fur boots, purchased on 9/17. Tracking shows "billing information received" and "in transit to UPS facility" in Harrisburg, PA both on 9/27. Based on prior experience, that package should be delivered to me in Houston on 9/29. That's twelve days from order to delivery--ten days "in process" before it even shipped! The item was not an advance order.

Two other recent purchases, two Bob Mackie clothing items, were puchased in the same order on 9/21. Tracking shows both items were shipped from the same facility in Harrisburg, PA on the same day but in separate packages (two tracking numbers). Both packages' tracking shows "billing information received" and "in transit to UPS facility" in Harrisburg, PA both on 9/27. Those packages should also be delivered to me on 9/29. That's eight days from order to delivery, including six days "in process".

If their order processing is this slow now, imagine how much worse it may get closer to the holidays. This is a big problem. The Q is competing against brick and mortar stores and big online sellers like Amazon. With Amazon Prime, I get my packages delivered two days from the order date for free. They even have Saturday and Sunday delivery for no extra charge (depending on where you live). The Q needs to step up their game. Instead they are sliding backwards.

I'm experiencing the same delay from the same what house. It was supposed to ship on the 29th of December (late Christmas present) and they still haven't shipped it. It is January 4th and it hasn't even been picked up by UPS yet. Very disappointed !

Hi bebe...at first I thought you meant another month other than September!!

I can guarantee you this...had I not rec'd an order within, say, 2 weeks beyond the estimated time of delivery, another item would be on its way to me via overnight delivery on the vendor's dime.

This truly is unacceptable!

@NickNack, thank you for pointing that out. lol, when I first read the thread title my thought was... geez, you mean they're still having crazy problems with that warehouse... and then I was was taken aback to see that it was my thread from this past September.

@MacDUFF, lol, they did make a mess of my orders and one shipment got lost... but I finally did get my final package after about three weeks.

I hope you each had a good holiday and best wishes for the new year!!! Smiley Happy
