They use Newgistics.. a totally incompetent shipping agent.. You can't contact them, you can't find out any information about a shipment thru them or QVC.. I'm seriously disgusted.. I DO NOT ORDER FROM Q AS I USE TO YEARS AGO AND I'VE BEEN WITH THEM FROM DAY ONE.. LOYAL CUSTOMERS ARE TAKING A BACK SEAT.
I DECIDED NOT TO USE THEIR 6.95 SHIPPING LABEL TO RETURN AN ITEM. REASON
AFTER 10 DAYS IT STILL WASN'T IN THEIR SYSTEM AS ON ITS WAY TO THEM.
THEREFORE, A FEW WEEKS AGO I USED USPS PRIORITY MAIL. COST 6.00
I REQUESTED CREDIT ON Q CARD FOR RETURN ITEM. I RECEIVED CREDIT ON MAY 19, 2017 BUT QVC CHARGED ME THE 3.00 SHIPPING ON THIS ITEM..
TOTALLY TOTALLY UNFAIR .. I PAID FOR THAT RETURN AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME 3.00.
I HAVE TO SAY I AM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY.. I'VE MOVED OVER TO THE "OTHER" SHOPPING CHANNNEL. NOT ONLY ARE THEIR SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS EXCELLENT. ANY CREDIT IS IMMEDIATLY REFLECTED IN YOUR ACCOUNT WITH AN EMAIL TO BACK IT UP.. I'M TO THE POINT WHERE I AM DONE WITH THE Q!
ABSOLUTELY DONE.. THERE'S JUST BEEN WAY TOO MUCH OF A MAJOR DROP IN ALL THINGS RELATED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Unless an item is defective you do not get refunded the original shipping & handling. So although you paid to return the item to QVC, you are still charged the $3.00 for QVC to send it to you.
