I frequently see that things get stuck for days when "in transit to a UPS facility." My Lock & Lock TSV has been "in transit to a UPS facility" for days now. Is someone from the NC warehouse driving to the UPS facility down the block from me in Texas, because at this rate, you may as well be doing that.
Another order I placed later that same day left the same Rocky Mount facility on the same day, Jan 15, was scanned at a UPS facility in Dallas on the 17th and is out for delivery today.

As I may have mentioned in another thread, my new philosophy is that if my order stays "in processing" for a few days or more, I cancel the order. If I try to cancel and it comes up as too last to cancel, at least I'll have some sense that the order might even get to me some day. (I may be cutting off my nose to spite my face, but I find these delays ridiculous! I'm always in awe of Amazon!!!!)

I have the most trouble from Rocky mount. I also cancel orders that sit in process more than three days. I'm not in a hurry for anything, but the delay gives me time to talk myself out of the item. I don't do that when the item ships in a couple days.

Mine always say that until the parcel is ACTUALLY shipped.
I have an order out right now and it looked just like that until today when it updated, because it actually shipped, to show its actual origin of Sacramento.
It's just a system thing after they have input the shipment into UPS' website and then the label is printed, etc, as far as processing, and THEN at some point it will actually be completed and UPS will receive the shipment.
I hope that made sense. Bottom line - when it is at that point, UPS does not have it yet and it's still in QVC's system of processing.

.... Or it could be merrily on its way to you but nobody bothered to update the tracking.

This is the only warehouse my orders get stuck. Either, it's a very long way to the UPS center, using a horse and buggy over rough terrain, or the particular UPS facility doesn't know how to use their computer system for input on package tracking once the package arrives there. Magically, my packages find their way to the closest regional center, usually on the edd from QVC, and I get it a couple of days later.
Going from in process to shipped, it always takes much longer at the Rocky Mount warehouse, mostly 5-6 days to seeing the word shipped. I do use the cancel button, too.
