I just checked reviews for the current TSV on July 18, a Breezies bra. 

 

There are 11 reviews, with a rating of 2.5. All but one are not about this particular bra; one is - but the poster reviewed the bra on another site.

 

 

 

WHY does QVC allow reviews like this??? They don't help anyone decide whether or not to buy the item.

Reviews are system managed, most often by a third party.The same thing happens on a lot of retail sites. It is what it is.
