Return not being acknowledged.

I returned 2 Jai items in the same package about 3 weeks ago. One item I requested an exchange on size but was issued a return credit on instead. Item is still available in size I requested. The other item was purchased on 12 month special financing and still has not been credited or shown as returned. I have emailed customer service and just received an automatic reply that it would be looked into?? This is a $500 item and I want to know if it is being handled. Please help.

@fairymom It might be better to cut and paste this as a new thread under Customer Care. Hope this helps.

I NEVER combine returns.  And with a $500.00 item?  They might suspect fraud.  It's just not worth the aggravation.  You are paying for both returns anyway, use two envelopes. Good luck to you.

&Fairymom. Q’s handling of refunds, returns and d changes leaves a lot to be desired. I have given up requesting exchanges be a use on only one occasion did they actually see it through. Most of the time they issue a refund even though the item is still in stock. Their processing of returns is abominable. Contrast that with HSN who ships immediately and it arrives in 3 days and the same with returns. I don’t know what their problem is but they have a problem
