judaline:  I know, every time I return somethng to them I get an email a few days later that my return has been processed and my money refunded.  Here I wait a month! sometimes longer.

That's good to know.  Amazon does that too.  A number of retailers process returns quickly when they receive them and I appreciate that too.  I like to shop where returns are handled like the customer really matters.

There are some places that take forever to process returns that are mailed back, even without the covid issues....Q, Macy's, Eddie Bauer, Kohl's.

I have always liked HSN better than QVC and most of my ordering now (the small amount I am doing) is mostly HSN.  I find I receive my orders more quickly and yes, any return is handled much better.  I wish they had stayed independant from QVC.

I had to return two things to HSN and was shocked that I got my return in three days!  They are also very fast in shipping. Shop HQ is extremely fast with shipping too  I wonder why QVC takes to long to ship?

Seeing as the same outfit owns both channels, one would think QVC could adopt HSN's return practices.
